The hotel is a bit tired and scruffy, and we found almost everyone on the reception desk disinterested and unhelpful. We also witnessed several other customers with booking / other problems who didn't get the help they needed.

Hotel well situated in center of the city, very good breakfast. For this kind of hotel price is extremely high... third bed is very hard.... difficult to sleep on it. Some details show poor quality of the room and works done.... seem that room have been renovated without any control of quality of work....

The Novotel hotel in Malaga was perfectly located. It was a short walk to the centre of town and to all of our pick up locations for the day tours that we booked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a lot of closet and shelf space. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet with room darkening shades so we had a great sleep. The buffet breakfast was very good! There is luggage storage and complimentary cold water when you arrive
