Staff changed the rooms to be facing when they realised that 'Next to each other' had the lift between them. Accessible room was decent, but a low bath is not always suitable, showers with seats are the best.

Room not suitable for a power wheelchair user (small no turning room) No turning room into wetroom Only one socket to charge wheelchair, not close to bed, have to recharge when in bed

On arrival when booking in we had to hang around reception and wait to be taken to our room to be let in as the door entry system to the whole hotel was not working , when we arrived back at the hotel later that evening we then had to go back to reception where we were issued an emergency electronic key and told quite bluntly that this had to be handed in on departure the next morning . We had a very early departure that morning so went to make a cup of tea in the room only to discover there was no milk so we left and purchased tea/coffee down the road at our expense !!!! I use this hotel for business at least 3 times a year and it would seem there is always a problem of some sort , i will probably try another central hotel as there are plenty to choose from . On a positive note the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable .
