Overall it was a pleasant stay, big room, clean etc. We could use a little more variety on breakfast, but this is a small nitpick. The really bad thing was that hotel decided to change showerheads to a "new and water saving" design. The water pressure from them was abysmal and made them almost useless (and if you want to wash longer hair they are completely useless). After we reported it they send some technician to replace it with old design, which actually worked. They made it work in the end, but they are fully aware of the problems (lady at reception knew the problem the moment I mentioned word "shower"). Since it is a known issue it should be proactively fixed. The staff was very helpful and refunded our parking (from their own initiative, I would be good with just fixing the issue), but untill the situation with new showerheads is not fixed I cannot go higher than 7. If not for this I would rate the stay at 10 with a comment about breakfast.

Jest nam miło, że w większości udało nam się wyjść naprzeciw Pana oczekiwaniom. Zadowolenie naszych Gości jest dla nas jednym z kluczowych priorytetów. Jak Pan słusznie podkreślił, kwestia słuchawek prysznicowych jest kwestią narzuconą przez Accor w ramach szeregów działań pro ekologicznych, do których mamy obowiązek jako hotel się stosować. Zdajemy sobie sprawę, iż nie jest to opcja szczególnie komfortowa dla Gości, dlatego też poza przeprosinami za niedogodności mozemy jedynie zapewnić, iż wszelkie informacje zwrotne na powyższy temat są przez nas przekazywane osobom decyzyjnym. Pozwalamy sobie jednak mieć nadzieję, iż przy okazji kolejnej wizyty w Mieście Koziołków ponownie zaszczyci nas Pan swą obecnością. Very nice superior room, clean and beautiful. Friendly stuff. Unfortunately the gym was closed during our stay. Nice restaurant and bar.
