Overnight stay in two family three bedded rooms. Friendly welcome. Clean rooms and toilets and reasonably quiet. Picnic table under cover. Great value

Dirty room, toilet ("marks" from previous visitor in toilet) and private bathroom. No soap available. Very nice staff as always!

The booking code did not work on the machine outside the hotel and the telephone number provided for help was not answered, causing considered frustration, delay and stress given the hotel reception was not staffed and the front door locked.

I booked a place on the highway to arrive very late. I received a confirmation number which I needed to type into a screen to get my six digit code but the screen was misaligned with the left partner the keyboard unavailable so I could not enter the code. Customer service was not very helpful. I ended up driving 200km more to my final destination without the rest I had hoped for. Will not use this hotel chain again.
