Our experience was excellent, from the moment I called to inquire about parking to the room we were given. The woman at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with the fact we were able to keep our car in the parking until we were done with our appointments at the hospital the next day and also with the additional discount due to our appointments. Also, the gentleman, who was at the front desk at 6:15am turned on the lights for us to eat breakfast before 6:30AM. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service. We will be back in a few weeks. Thank you, again.

This hotel is extremely convenient for patients who have an early appointment at the Hôpital de la Timone in Marseille. It is very clean and comfortable, the staff is competent and friendly. It has two very important assets, a carpark (although a little awkward) and a decent restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast. We stay there for our montly visit to the hospital and are very satisfied.

Very noisy stay. The noise was mainly coming from outside and the above room. Everything in the bathroom was rusty. The bed was comfy; the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was fair considering the rugby game that night. But overall a disappointing experience.
