Was fine. Good service, breakfast service in the room was very nice. Internet was very poor and kept cutting in and out.

A poor quality on the breakfast combined with no fitness room was not up to the standards of the room price.

Everything was very nice, except the eggs at breakfast which was not eggs!

Having to pay extra and extraordinarily amount for a sunbed is uacceptable. As a guest such things should be free. The breakfast buffet was perfectly fine. The room was nice.

It is specified on all our websites, all our booking confirmations, displayed at the hotel and re-explained on your arrival by our team. As hotel guest, you benefit from preferential rates in high and low season. However, we benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" that allows you, if you wish to sit on the public beach and enjoy our pool and free access to the beach. Nice hotel but dirty common toilets

It would be easy to provide users with a toilet brush to prevent dirty toilets, but there was none. Only in the hotel room. One time I had to check five toilets before I found one with paper that was more or less clean. Not good. It was strange to have plastic carpet in the hotel room’s bathroom. Not hygienic since it cannot be cleaned well. Except from that it was a nice hotel with nice location.

Nevertheless, I note in your customer file that you prefer parquet for a future one. Also, some customers do not show good citizenship, this is beyond our control.
