Visited the hotel restaurant for a meal before going to see a show at Resorts World Arena. Food was served in good time, very hot and fresh, I had the coconut chicken curry and my husband had lamb, both delicious. We were served by Andre, He gave excellent service, very friendly and polite.

Comfortable stay at the Novotel. Special mention to Andre in the restaurant who was very attentive and welcoming. Convenient location opposite airport terminal, but there isn't any parking, although you get a discounted rate at nearest NCP.

Used this hotel a few times now it’s a Lovely clean, friendly and overall nice hotel, great bar staff Rakesh & kal that go the extra mile for you, nothing to much trouble for them and very welcoming Would recommend the hotel to anyone…………………..

Absolutely brilliant service. The hosts Rakesh and Kal did a great job making you feel at home. Great joking and the food was nice. Atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. This is my first time here, but I already feel comfortable. Definitely a recommend

Had a lovely solo dinner, whilst working an event at the NEC. I was served by Dharmesh who was smiley and friendly. I Would definitely recommend the Udon Noodles. Lovely restaurant and atmosphere. Would visit again to eat in the restaurant.
