Got VIP Silver benefit, breakfast is good, service is well done, only the clean grade of hotel room needs to be improved. Compared with other hotel group e. g. IHG, or Marriott Accor Group needs a lot improvements.

Well recieved at the reception, and great with the cellar parking, easy to get something from the car. But; the room, we have been in many Ibis hotels, but never in one with such a small and worn room. Just two towells in the bathroom and no bin in the room. Breakfast was fine, as it always is. Staff was a 10 but the room was not, therefore i ended with a 7.
