We got there are bit early, around 9am, and the receptionist on this day was fantastic. She set us up with the hotel wifi so we could work and made sure the tv channel was changed so I could watch the EURO. As soon as a room was available she handed us the keys. She was super lovely, a champion. The room was as expected. Very clean and spacious. All good. We had dinner at the restaurant which was also delicious. All in all we had a very good experience. I love that you changed from plastic to paper waste back in the bathroom. Thank you.

We enjoyed another stay at Novotel, our hotel of choice each time we go to Manaus. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. We love tge breakfast buffet as well.

The stay was pleasant. The rooms are clean and AC system is very silent and works well. The food at restaurant was very good. All attendants were nice and friendly. At the reception desk they would remember and call you by your name! Overall, a very pleasant stay!
