The only good thing about the hotel was the reception. Kathrine was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very run down and had few of the comforts expected of a Novotel.

Overall a good stay as always in this Novotel in Saint Laurent du Var - in a good location, room is comfortable and breakfast is good. Some maintenance needed in the rooms however - in the first room, the safe did not work, so I was given another room. In this other room, there was a faulty light and the soundspot didn't work. But these are minor issues. While the renovation works are going on, there was some noise in the morning after 8am, but not too much of a problem.

Ok but not easily accessible by foot from airport if someone want to walk. All.com did not advertised that hotel was in renovation and the pool was not available! If I knew I would not have chose that hotel as we had other alternatives! Without the pool no point really! Rest it's fine. Staff ok. Beds and service ok.
