Breakfast was chaos

Room ok but quite dark The breakfast buffet was more or less stripped for food and only got sparsely topped up. For example while we had our breakfast, only a few croissants were put out ( while we could see into the staff eating area where there was a big full basket of them ). Nor were there baguettes or hardly any other types of bread. It took a very long time before any butter came out and I can go on....... Yes one more thing I have to mention: The lovely Novotel signature sausages were half cooked and cold. I usually look forward to the nice breakfast at Novotel Hotels but this time I was so disappointed!

I wanted to distress and searched for hotel near Paris with a swimming pool as since weather is good, I was happy to know there's Novotel Creteil which is the location is good. Unfortunately, I got disappointed because there was no indication at the Accor website that the swimming pool is closed and will be open in June yet. If only it was noted then I have booked it for June. Nevertheless, explored the area and it was lovely to see a great playground and the lake view was relaxing. Good stay with kids!

Convenient proximity to our office. nice grounds. hotel is a bit dated and room temperature was very hot not able to control. Food was great and selection was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Dirty, old.

Room was not cleaned properly(dead bee in the room, dirty sink, dirty floor in bathroom, spilled night stands, dirty windows). Air conditioning was not working. It was very hot in the hotel (windows in halls were wet) and if I turned on the air conditioning it started to heet.

Hotel has perfect location, near the lake. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff is friendly. Parking is quite big. There is a kettle and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room is quite stuffy and at the beginning of April it is not possible to turn on the air conditioner - you have to open the window (it does not hurt to have repellents with you). There is a safe and a minibar. There is a strange smell in front of the hotel entrance, but this was not a serious problem for us. Can recommend this hotel.
