We found the stay experience at IBIS/Mercure in Sukhumvit 24 extremely pleasing. The area is vibrant but not extremely loud. A perfect balance for our family of 4 adults. We were very impressed by the helpful and prompt staff members at the front desk and bell desk. A special mention goes to Mr. Yan at the bell desk, who made our last day especially easy and hassle-free. After checking out, we needed to store our luggage as our flight was later in the evening. Mr. Yan not only handled that efficiently but also went above and beyond by arranging our airport transport. He provided a very reasonable rate, organized cabs on short notice, and even upgraded us to a larger vehicle at no extra cost, ensuring we were comfortable. His prompt assistance helped us avoid the stress of rush-hour traffic/ booking cabs and made our journey to the airport smooth and timely. Would surely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-connected yet peaceful spot in Sukhumvit
