It’s the little things that make all the difference. Away on business the same week as my birthday. Clients did not know and I did not want them to feel they had to do anything special for me, so I did not mention it. The Mecure, however, left a birthday cake for me in my room. A delightful welcome after a long day of presentations. It was a lovely thought.

I love staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. It is located next to the Phrom Pong BTS station with access to the EmQuartier and Emsphere malls, which both have great food courts. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Have stayed here before and would stay here again!

House keeping Miss Rattx is very polite and cheerful , she is clean and helpful , also the staffs at the front desk and also the staff and the male manager who assist me are very nice and kind . Thank you for making a happy and memorable stay for me .
