Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the poor experience you had during your stay. We are very sorry that you were unable to sleep well for one night. We are truly disappointed to read that your experience felt comparable to a budget hotel, as this is certainly not the standard we strive for. We are very concerned about the issues you raised: We sincerely apologize that the pillows were uncomfortable and that you experienced a restless night. Your comment about the dampness and stuffiness in the room, even with the air conditioning on, is a major concern. We will immediately investigate the AC system in your room's section to ensure proper dehumidification and air quality. We apologize that the gym closed early and for any inconvenience caused by the noise insulation and dated room facilities. We are grateful that you recognized our service team was good and that your check-in and check-out experiences were excellent. We will pass your praise on to the team. We appreciate you bringing these crucial matters to our attention. Your feedback will be used to urgently address the bedding and air quality issues to improve the experience for all our guests.
