We are truly sorry to learn about your experience, particularly regarding the service at the front desk and your concerns about charges during your stay. The amount requested by our front desk team was a standard security deposit, which is required upon arrival and is fully refundable at check-out, provided no additional expenses are incurred. We regret if this was not clearly explained, which may have caused confusion and frustration. Your feedback regarding staff attitude is also taken very seriously, and we will reinforce training to ensure a more professional and welcoming approach, as well as clearer communication with our guests.
