كانت لي تجربه اوليه في بدايه الاستحواذ من قبل موڤنبيك للفندق وكانت تجربه ممتعه وشيقة، ولكن مع الفرصة الثانية التي كانت في فتره العيد وجدت لبعض الامور اولاً المشروب الترحيبي لم يتم تقديمه اله في فتره الخروج من الفندق، عدم مهنيه حارس الكراج بطردي من دخول المواقف السفليه وايقاف سيارتي في موقف المدفوع بالفندق تم ابلاغ الاستقبال بذلك ولكن لمن نجد اي رده فعل عمليه باليوم التالي مما سبب احباط لنا بمهنيه الافراد بالفندق (الفندق جيد عندما يكون العمل التشغيلي منخفض )

I am pleased to know that your first experience with us following the Mövenpick transition was enjoyable and that you continue to appreciate our location and proximity to the Creek area. At the same time, I sincerely regret that your most recent stay during the Eid period did not meet your expectations. Please accept my apologies for the shortcomings you experienced, particularly regarding the welcome drink benefit, the parking experience, and the lack of effective follow-up after you raised your concerns with our team. As a valued ALL member, you should have received proper recognition and a seamless arrival experience. I am also concerned to learn about your observations regarding the condition of the towels, breakfast quality, freshness of certain items, and the overall cleanliness standards. These comments have been shared with our Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams for immediate review and corrective action. Furthermore, I understand your disappointment regarding the late check-out request and the inconsistency in communication surrounding it. We recognize the importance of providing clear and proactive information, especially to our loyal members, and I regret that this was not your experience. While Eid was an exceptionally busy period for the hospitality industry, this should never compromise the level of service and attention our guests expect and deserve. إقامة ممتازة للغايه أنا زبون الفندق منذ ٤ سنوات قبل موفنبيك ولكن لم تتاثر جودة الفندق بالفترة الانتقالية من حيث الإدارة . الأكل . الاسبا وكذلك التعامل الراقى جدا . جميع الموظفين رائعين للغايه يتوقعون ماتريد ويقدمون لك خدمة وكأنك فى فندق ٧ نجوم وأخص بالشكر اخى العزيز مدير الاستقبال محمد صابر وكذلك امبيكا فى الاسبا
