Dear Mr. Khalid A. T. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to learn that your overall stay was satisfactory. However, we sincerely regret the delay you experienced in the crediting of breakfast points to your membership account. Please allow us to clarify that our restaurant services are operated by an outsourced partner and function on a separate system from our membership platform. As a result, the crediting of membership points must be processed manually. Unfortunately, this procedural requirement contributed to the delay in this instance. We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Dear Mr. Bassam, Thank you for your feedback and I am truly sorry to hear about your disappointment. Please allow me to clarify that your reservation was made under a non‑refundable rate, and our team explained this at the time of your early departure request. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a complimentary limousine drop‑off to the airport, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply from you to confirm the arrangement. Regarding the room type, please note that our hotel is fully non‑smoking, and this is communicated during check‑in. Our staff also provided information on the designated smoking areas, both verbally and in writing, in four languages, including Arabic. Thank you again for bringing these points to our attention.
