Dear Ibrahim A., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We are especially sorry for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival, including the extended wait for your room preparation after a long journey and the discomfort caused by the temperature. We understand how exhausting travel can be, particularly when accompanied by a young child. We are also concerned to hear about your experience with breakfast and your subsequent illness. While we cannot determine the source of any medical condition, we take all comments regarding food quality and hygiene very seriously and will review the matter with our relevant teams. Regarding the presence of birds in the hallways, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We continuously work to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests and will investigate this concern.
