The best place to stay in Patong with children

Great location for families with children wanting to stay in Patong! Humble, polite and serviceminded staff, that goes from the porter, receptionists, manager, nightshift, waiters at the pool and the massage therapist, the Chef at the breakfast alongside his staff. Its a huge hotell build like a square with a huge pool, suitable for everything from small children to adults with the bar in the pool. Rooms Are spacious, and although they are starting to show their age (a bit dated) the rooms are still nice, clean and tics most box for families and adults. Good water pressure in the shower, easy to controll the aircondition and from our room (5205) nice wiew straight down to the pool. Breakfast had a fair spread, egg station and sufficient amount of both healthy obtions as well as the items that increase weight on a holiday (sweets) Kidsclub which also arrange different activities for the kids. I d say its one of our most preferred hotels the times we visit Thailand and want to stay in Patong! Extra credit to reception with Niinew and manager Jen, they solved all our quiries promt and was on the helping side from arrival to departure. Chatchapong and his guys at the pool, amazing staff.

My 2th visit in this hotel as a solo traveller and a all accor member. I booked the swim up room again for 12 days and asked for the same room and they got it for me. The staff are really really friendly here! I also got one of the best cakes i ever been eating in thailand on my birthday! And a free meal as a returning guest. The lobby on this hotel is so big and beautiful. They also have a nice bar in the lobby. With friendly staff. One guy that was working there was Indy and he was so friendly. There was one girl also that i forget the name of. Even if you have thousands of cheaper bars outside its always something special with hotel bars to have a drink before dinner. The down part is that this is a big family hotel and famous for that. But i book this hotel because the location and nice rooms and friendly staff. And its like a little resort in the middle of everything. My last visit i had breakfast but not this time due to that place is crazy in the morning with kids screaming and people running around like crazy. So i learned from last time. Last time it was a bit laud and screaming kids early in the morning in the pool. But this time it was more crazy.. Many kids screaming early in the morning until late. And this time they used my private swim up many more times then last year. Jumping and splashed everything, it was crazy. And did not respect it was my private balcony, and no parents near by or staff to tell them. So i had to tell them a lot myself. Even if this is a family hotel it should not be like that. And when i checked in this time i did not get the check in, in the special area for all accor members like last time. That they should do. Small thing but something important. So if you want a good night sleep and want to sleep longer then 7.am. Dont book the swim up rooms. And people are also slamming the doors like crazy. And dont expect to have a calm time at the pool. But like i said its a famous kids hotel for family but i been on other hotels for families and it has not been like this. So for families its perfect, they do a lot for the kids. But not a perfect hotel if you dont have kids and want to sleep. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and the location is the best!

Claire welcomed us with a warm smile upon our arrival and kindly assisted us with all check-in procedures and explanations. She personally escorted us to our room and consistently handled our requests with a positive and proactive attitude throughout our stay. We were once again deeply impressed by Claire’s dedication and sincere service, and we would like to extend our sincere compliments.

We just finished a week at the Novotel Vintage resort and it’s been excellent! The rooms are spacious and the resort is lovely and clean. Great large pool and bars/restaurants. The most impactful part of our stay were the incredible staff here. They’ve all been so lovely and welcoming; with a special shout out to Mister A Sport, the pool lifeguard that saved my son and became his friend. He has become my son’s hero and it’s been fun interacting with him for our stay. Thank you for the great holiday Novotel, we will be back :)

We would like to sincerely thank the Novotel team for our wonderful winter stay. We stayed for nearly one month, and the entire hotel team truly made us feel at home from the very beginning. We stayed in a pool access room, which was a fantastic experience. The pool itself was very large and beautiful. The only small downside was that children were allowed in all areas, which at times made it a little stressful, but overall it did not take away from our enjoyment. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. What really made it special was the amazing staff—always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to Joseff, Mint, Pham, Kew, Bow, Khom, Sand, Fai, Porng, Pham, August and Mars. We would also like to thank Dew for the warm welcome every morning. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff made it truly special and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Khom and Mart for helping organize everything so perfectly. Finally, special thanks to the reception team—Jen, Raya, and Gang—for their professionalism, kindness, and constant support throughout our stay. We truly had a memorable experience and would happily return to Novotel again.
