The safety and security of our guests are our highest priorities, and we understand how alarming it must have been to experience your room door being opened unexpectedly. Please be assured that all guest room door locks operate using an electronic keycard system, and every access attempt is recorded in the lock's audit trail. We take reports of this nature extremely seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to investigate the incident thoroughly. We kindly invite you to contact the hotel directly with your room number, the date of your stay, and the approximate time the incident occurred so that we can review the electronic door lock records and determine what happened. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our excellent location in the heart of Jalan Alor, with its many local food options and attractions just steps from the hotel. At the same time, we sincerely apologise that your overall stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that the lively atmosphere of the night market can result in noise into the late evening, and we regret that this affected your comfort. While many guests enjoy the vibrant surroundings, we appreciate that those seeking a quieter environment may find it less suitable. We also apologise for the unpleasant odour in the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and your comments have been shared with our engineering and housekeeping teams for immediate investigation and corrective action. Regarding the room windows, they are designed to remain closed for guest safety and to support the efficiency of the air-conditioning system. We appreciate your understanding.
