Dear W. Heru, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your comments regarding your recent stay. We are pleased to know that you found our location convenient. However, we sincerely regret that the absence of slippers and a hairdryer in your room caused inconvenience and affected your overall experience. Please accept our apologies for the shortfall in communication from our Front Office team. Slippers and hairdryer are provided in every room by our housekeeping team. Any extra requests need to be made by our guests separaterly to the operator or housekeeping team. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams for further review and improvement. We truly value your comments and will continue to work towards providing a more consistent and comfortable experience for all our guests.
