酒店位于klcc核心地段，紧邻柏威年，吃住购物都非常方便，中心地段能有这么大的房间很不错，餐厅非常大，品种丰富，还含免费早餐！

房间内有需求前台都会派人来维修或者解决，还是不错的。唯一不方便的是，酒店的卡刷电梯不是很灵敏

整体还可以，浴室相对于房间来说比较宽敞，入住房间内没有提供拖鞋和吹风机，联系前台后才送过来。酒店电梯里电子屏把Pullman拼成了Puilman。

房间里面能免费使用的物品太少 饮品零食茶包需要付费购买 一点也不人性化 建议还有就是工作人员双语 服务 英语和中文 这样体验感会更不错

出行非常方便，酒店对面就是柏威年，步行10分钟左右到KLCC和双子塔；住宿环境也不错；工作人员服务好，我退房后发现手链没拿，工作人员很快就帮忙找到了。
