Great Times on Christmas Eve

We were at the Sedap restaurant again for their famous Christmas Eve dinner event. Everything was great, loads of seafood and traditional Christmas dishes, countless treats and sweets, Caroling, even an indoor snow cannon for the kids. Harry did a great job taking photos with our cameras too. Good times were had by all, and we will be back.

Good location, very accessible for transport service. Good food selection (crazy lot) and of course friendly and efficient service! Shout out to Harris!

Over all experience was good. We always come back to Pullman every year . And Harris who was the restaurant in charge did an excellent job by looking after all our needs . Great service

Dear C. Hong Jiong, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused regarding the availability of Chinese-speaking services. We understand how important language support can be, and we regret that a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member was not available during your stay. Your feedback will be shared with our front office team as we review ways to improve guest communication and service coverage. We are also very sorry to hear that your room was not serviced during your two-day stay. We do hope that the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was not activated during your stay with us as this will deter our housekeeping team to clean your room. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and we will be addressing this lapse with our housekeeping team to ensure similar situations are avoided. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We appreciate your patience, and we hope to have the chance to deliver a much improved experience in the future.
