I stayed for the week leading up to the 2025 ASEAN Summit and I couldn't have been happier at the hotel - the staff were courteous and helpful, the facilities were clean and well maintained. It was just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. I am hoping to come back in October 2026 and I will definitely be staying at the Pullman Hotel. thank you to all of the staff and management that made my stay so pleasant! David

Great hotel. We have booked 2 rooms directly with the hotel. As Accor diamond one room was upgraded to higher category, so I stayed at top floor. Breakfast was great, with many varieties, Asian, Indian and western. At no point we felt that breakfast is overcrowded. Our 5yo was entertained by end of the holiday his friend Isa. Isa is a server during breakfast and he would bring croissants and pancakes to our son. Very charming and attentive. We spend couple of hours every day at the pool. There are good options for drinks and food by the pool. Poolside is served by Haizel, who’s very attentive and friendly. We also had dinner in the restaurant for couple of nights. Sedap restaurant offers good variety of food options including steaks, Italian and Malay cuisine. Mojib was our server and he made sure we had everything we needed.
