We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding room noise, cleanliness, and the service interaction during your stay. Regarding your booking, we would like to clarify that rooms without windows are part of our specific room category and are allocated based on availability at the time of check-in. During high occupancy periods, room changes are subject to availability, and while our team will always do their best to accommodate requests such as room moves or bed type preferences, these cannot always be guaranteed on the day. That said, we are very concerned to learn about your comments regarding noise disturbance and the cleanliness issue you experienced after the room change. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we will be addressing this directly with our housekeeping and front office teams to ensure closer attention to detail and improved coordination in handling guest requests. We also regret your perception of the service provided at the front desk.
