Sir/Mdm I am writing to apologize for the unfriendly hospitality you experienced during your recent visit to our home. We understand how important it is to make our guests feel welcome and we are deeply sorry that we failed to do so. We understand that it is our responsibility to make sure our guests are comfortable and feel at home. We regret that we did not provide you with the warm and inviting atmosphere that you deserved. We should have been more attentive to your needs and made sure that you felt welcomed and appreciated. We are sorry that we did not make the effort to get to know you better and make your visit more enjoyable. We should have taken the time to learn more about you and your interests, and we apologize for not doing so. We are also sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you during your visit. We should have been more accommodating and understanding of your needs. We should have been more flexible and accommodating to your requests. We understand that our lack of hospitality has caused you to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We are truly sorry for this and we promise to do better in the future. 除了位置好,工作人员前台态度很差,一直在赶人,而且不回复,还有收了我们旅游税的邮件一直没有发,太过分了
