酒店停电第一次碰到 11-7点 正好充电的时候停电,浴室的卫生也很随意 ,

仅对发生的事实描述: 1、入住当天是12:30到酒店,我们知道是下午3:00才能办理入住,我们到前台还没有说要办理入住,前台工作人员就跟我说3:00才能入住,我说我们是要先寄存行李,她才不作声,但我们在寄存行李的时候,看有刚进来的白人直接到前台就能办理住宿手续,我们上前质疑了一下,他们立即就说听不懂我们的语言 2、第一天下午5点多办理入住,晚上11:30,我们都入睡了,房间的电话突然响起,把我们惊醒了,一个男的直接说出我的名字,问确认这个房间是我入住吗?我和妻子很纳闷也很担心,不知道发生什么事情,直接下楼到前台咨询,前台不承认给我们房间打电话,我说如果你们没有打的话,那我们的信息是谁泄露的呀?谁会给我们房间打电话呀?希望他们查一下通话记录,然后把情况告诉我一下,我们也好放心,但到第二天中午也没有跟我们说,我们想那就算了吧,就当酒店前台工作有失误。 3、第二天下午4:00多一点,我出房间到顶楼游泳,没多久妻子打电话过来说是房间门口有个男人在门外敲门,而且也打电话给总台酒店工作人员,可是总台工作人员只是拖延敷衍,根本不上来查看。妻子告诉他不懂英语,那男子就撞击门数次,把门内的反锁装置都撞掉了,我赶紧回房间,但那人已经走了,我和妻子感觉事情特别严重,立即到前台去告诉情况,前台非常冷漠,置之不理,还让我们排队,我说报警,他们才找一个懂我中文的华人来跟我沟通,开始跟我们说可能是房间打扫的人员敲门,我问打扫的房间的人为什么要强行撞击门呢?而且我们没有要求打扫。我们把照片发给他看,希望他们上去一个人看看房间的情况,以及让他们查下监控到底是谁,我们门口走廊就有一个监控对着门,他们一开始就不断地推脱,不相信我的话,后来在我们强烈的要求下,他们说等查完监控以后会把情况在我们当晚入睡前告诉我们,但是一直没有把情况告诉我,我们第二天上午9:30我们下去退房的时候又问了这件事情,他们前台说不知道有这件事情了,人员换班了。真的,我们很无语,酒店服务质量太差!我们留下了电话和邮箱,后期他们反馈的信息是就是打扫房间的人员在隔壁打扫而已,根本不存在骚扰情况,虽然给调换房间,但已侵犯了我们的安全隐私利益,酒店至今在撒谎,不作为,我要求下午4点48分至4点58分监控录像也一直未调取给我们看。一句真心话没有,满口谎言

Regarding the incidents you described, our Duty Manager immediately investigated the situation on the night of your stay and explained the phone call you received. All findings were shared with you at the time and via email. Our internal review and CCTV footage confirm that there were no suspicious movements in your room or nearby. As per hotel SOP, any formal security investigation or disclosure of CCTV footage requires a police report. We are fully prepared to cooperate with the authorities to ensure a proper review. Please rest assured that your safety and privacy are our top priorities, and we take your concerns very seriously.
