Suprisingly good for an IBIS!

I have stayed in a number of IBIS' on work travel but IBIS KL has definitely more than the others. It is not often you see an Ibis with a infinity swimming pool, gym, couple of dozen options for breakfast and a nicer room which i really like. Spacious, clean and surprisingly, large. The location is great - not too far from the KLCC and KL Tower. The staff on arrival very super helpful and checkin was quick. The only downside was breakfast - given it is a large hotel, morning breakfast (after 7am) gets noisy given the number of guest. else, all very good

I did not expected much when stay at IBIS Hotel for 2 day course. The room is ok. Small and just ok for short stay. TV not functioning. The bed is comfortable. The hotel that time packed with tourist. The breakfast and dinner buffet full of choices. The taste is average for me. Overall is ok.

因为是17号凌晨的飞机回北京所以订了三个晚上,也就是多订了一晚,没想到15号的白天没有给我整理床铺,导致晚上回到酒店床上还是乱的,联系前台和客房服务迟迟没有工作人员上门整理,最后再次去到前台投诉才得以解决,该酒店服务真的太差,有什么资格收取旅客旅游税.
