安排了一件非常臭的房间,臭到恶心无法入睡,同一个房间的室友也这么觉得,同行的伙伴来我们房间也觉得我们房间异常臭。前台说给我们看别的房间看要不要换。 我们看了第一个房间,也没提前告知是联通房,我们和对面同时打开了联通门,我们两个女性发现对面有人吓了一大跳!!对面有一个外国成年男性,和女性,女性看到我们这边有人就一直在尖叫,半夜一点的时间,更吓得我们难受。 我们下楼说还要换一间,第二间房间我们觉得不臭能接受,下来之后check in队伍非常地长,我们和前台说我们就要换成这个房间了,前台要我们排队,ok,排了好久好久队到我们了,前台说把房间给前面check in的人了,就这么耍我们???半夜两点,晚上的航班到达,一点没休息。 说只能给我们喷清新喷雾,然后我们电话催了两次都没来喷,半夜两点我们没睡在等着,最后也没来! 这次入住,严重影响我们的休息、心理健康!!! 前台只让补偿两份早餐。我们入住本来应该得到应得的睡眠和休息,全因为酒店自己的问题,休息、睡眠都没有了!!我要退款!

隔音差 下水道滂臭

打扫的挺干净,但是厕所异味重,房间隔音不好,影响睡眠
