Stayed for 5 nights in room 1608. The location isn't great as It's on a busy road. Views from the 16th floor and the rooftop bar are breathtaking. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Lockman the housekeeper was excellent and very helpful. My only issue is the limitations on food options at the hotel. Breakfast is good but limited in chiices The lobby bar serves food till 10pm. And will cook fresh, only the items on the limited menu. Wanted a simple cheese sandwich, they wouldn't do it. Overall, it's a good hotel but they need to improve the food options.

Thank you so much for the hospitality , everything were perfect, appreciate Dayang OM and her front office staffs for serving me, Breakfast buffet was good too. Nice room with complimentary amenities Swimming pool higher floor oversea the city, good place to hangout in the evening. Hope to see you guys again..

First thing, Im a Platinum Accor Customers, On my email communication before checkin, I already asked for room upgrade. Arrived in the hotel at 10-11PM, very tired. I go to my room straight away. I already feel strange cause the room size is small, but when check in they said room is upgraded. Next morning, I call reception, asking what type of room that Im staying at, and I found out that my room is not upgraded. SECOND, during breakfast... NO TOASTER, what kind of 4 Stars hotel who doesnt have Toaster for breakfast. Finally after complaining, toaster come about 40 minutes later. THIRD, bad breakfast choice. Asking for baked beans, normally serve with a thinner tomato-based sauce, its a very standard breakfast in European standard hotel. And what comes is a simple boiled red beans. How funny is that? So, Im complaining, checkout... But another problem happen, but I really have to go to the conference. Later in noon time, Im sending complaint email. And, untill this moment, weeks after my stay, does email are not responded at all. I even say during that evening when I coming back to the hotel, collect my refund money and my suitcase, asking them, I sent you an email noon time, but after many hours, you are not even responding my email just to say sorry. How amazing is that! I really have no idea if your General Manager notice this issue, but it should be. If he/she really know, and still cannot say sorry to the customer, then he/she are not entitled to work in Hospitality Business at all

With regard to the room upgrade, we sincerely regret any confusion caused. Kindly allow us to clarify that all our rooms are of the same size by design. Our higher category rooms, which are considered upgrades, are located on the upper floors (15th to 17th) and come with queen beds, premium amenities, and better city views. We understand that many guests associate upgrades with larger room sizes, and we are taking steps to ensure our team communicates this more clearly at check-in. If a guest prefers a twin bed configuration, these rooms are located on lower floors; however, we are more than happy to prepare them with the same premium amenities. With a lead time of approximately 45 minutes, we can ensure the room is ready to the same elevated standard. Regarding your breakfast experience, we deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our bread toaster unfortunately broke down that morning, but we took immediate steps to secure a replacement that same afternoon to avoid further disruption. We are also reviewing our buffet offerings to better meet the expectations of our diverse international guests, including the feedback on baked beans. It is especially disappointing to hear about the lack of response from our Duty Manager and the delay in email follow-up. Please be assured this is being addressed internally. Timely and respectful communication is a core value of our service, and it is unacceptable that this was not upheld in your case. Your feedback has been escalated to senior management, and I personally wish to extend our apologies for the experience you had. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and deliver the level of service you rightfully expect from the Accor brand. Good affordable hotel

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Berjaya Times square. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast restaurant is ok. The lunch/dinner restaurant is smallish and pretty basic. Best to eat out. Staff is friendly. Check in can take a while, although there are 3 check in desks. (even if you already have checked in online). You have to cross a busy street, with no traffic lights for pedestrians, to get to the malls , jl. Alor and Monorails station.

Our stay started with some drama because I booked the wrong dates and the hotel was only left with a premium room as we were there at 11pm - but after trying to call agoda for 30 mins to cancel, Amirul found a room for us which was even a little upgrade from the new room we booked. The room was clean and comfortable, my favourite thing was the firm pillows which didn’t hurt my neck, and the bed was really so comfortable that I had a good sleep every night. Loved the view from the higher floor too. Location is great, there’s good food nearby! Amirul also kindly gave us a late check out on the last day, thank you so much for the help and for making our stay a great one 🙏 Will definitely stay here if I want to stay in Bukit Bintang again!
