We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Torito in Banyan Tree Hotel, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. The ambience was warm and elegant, with a lovely view that made the evening feel extra special. We truly enjoyed the unique Peruvian–Japanese fusion dishes — delicious and beautifully presented. A heartfelt thank you to En. Mirza for his great service. He was friendly, helped us capture beautiful photos, and even brought us up to the 60th-floor rooftop for a breathtaking 360-degree view of Kuala Lumpur. The view was absolutely stunning and made the celebration even more meaningful. The most surprised and touching moment was when my daughter received a Torito plush toy as a special birthday gift from the team. We truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Thanks to Torito team for the good services 😘

During our six-night, seven-day stay, we were satisfied with the room management. The scent of the oils when we returned from our outings made us feel good. The hotel staff were all friendly. HAKIM, in particular, was incredibly kind and attentive every time we had breakfast, making us happy. Thank you, HAKIM!! - 5506 JW & GW -

Let’s start by the arrival: we arrived late but this does not automatically mean that we need to rush the check in and provide limited to no info on the hotel Then major issue - security: the hairdryer exploded in my hand at first use; huge flames and a lot of smoke. Limited support from staff; all their questions were eluding to the fact that I might have used badly the hairdryer while it literally exploded 1 second after start using it - maintenance: room despite it being a superior suite had a very bad and strong humidity smell at bathroom area - cleaning: when staff cleans the room they don’t replace some essential elements such as glasses or spoons; I found red and significant stains on bedsheet that were supposed to be fresh and new - supply: limited number of towels in the room (only 2 bath towels per day per person) and need to keep requesting more each day - breakfast: very slow service; bad preparation of waffles; disgusting egg Benedicts as low quality bread and egg full of water

5/5 because we had a great experience. I went to celebrate my husband's birthday the other dah. The room was nicely done. The view was great both in the room and the restaurant - Horizon. It was a memorable birthday. Such a great view with great hospitality as well from the team. From the front office, to the restaurant and the housekeeping team. Such a great place. Will come again for sure! Thank you!
