New Year surprise 🎆

We stayed in one of their suites for 7 nights and welcomed in the New Year here. We didn’t expect to see a tiny glimpse of the KLCC fireworks from our room and the fireworks from the KL tower near the lifts so that was a good surprise for us as a family as we did not want to brave the crowds. As always, excellent services by the housekeeping team and the concierge team who welcomed us with bright smiles and greetings every time we returned. Happy to be back at the Novotel and looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed at the Novotel for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. I had read quite a few negative reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect but we were very happy with the room, the service, the cleanliness, the facilities, the food and the location. We look forward to staying again soon.
