Dear Xin J., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our hotel's convenient location. However, we sincerely apologise for the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay, including the condition of the linens and the pest issue in the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard of service and hygiene we strive to provide for our guests. Dear Liu P., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of clear communication regarding the absence of bottled mineral water in the room. As part of our sustainability efforts, we have transitioned away from single-use plastic bottles and instead provide a 3M drinking water filtration system in all rooms. Regrettably, our team did not highlight this to you during your stay, and we understand how this may have caused confusion and inconvenience.
