我们入住第一天冰箱就开始漏水了虽然后面更换了新的冰箱,但感觉不好,说明你们在客户入住前并没有检查房内设施。另外给的咖啡单调就2条小咖啡,口感也不好。

整体感觉还不过,非常方便,只是维修速度超慢。有一个房间的窗子上的把手坏了,窗子关不严,导致噪音大,跟前台说了之后两天也没有维修。

We stayed in one of their suites for 7 nights and welcomed in the New Year here. We didn’t expect to see a tiny glimpse of the KLCC fireworks from our room and the fireworks from the KL tower near the lifts so that was a good surprise for us as a family as we did not want to brave the crowds. As always, excellent services by the housekeeping team and the concierge team who welcomed us with bright smiles and greetings every time we returned. Happy to be back at the Novotel and looking forward to our next stay!
