Stayed here several times. Room and breakfast spread has always been of great standard. This time round I was extremely impressed with the service of Teven, one of the club lounge staff. I asked for ear plugs as the next room had a baby and he actually assisted me to a room change. He said it will be better for my rest. Really appreciate his effort of going all out to make my stay a pleasant one.

Good experience overall with service, club lounge service and food… breakfast at courtyard was lacking a little in taste but made up for in service

“Excellent service”

I have been travelling with them regularly for several years. Every member of the lounge team is amazing, which is a lot, there is no way to complain about them. Their service to each and every person will give you an amazing experience that will make you want to visit them again and again. I will not mention any of the team by name because they are all amazing people. However, I have always talked about the quality of food in their lounge, but it has not worked much. Sometimes the chef who cooks may not know what he is cooking or he does it knowingly and after eating the food, I ask myself if I have eaten any local food, I do not find any similarity with any of the food. As a frequent traveller, this is my personal opinion and I think Mr. GM and the top team should eat sometimes, then maybe they will understand what the chef is cooking and how it tastes. The quality of the food is a bit low, which I think. Still, the amazing service from the team motivates me to visit them. Thanks to Team Pavilion

The hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed everyday of our stay. The service was excellent. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Especially the Guest Experience Manager, Mr. Allimat Bin JinMin went the extra mile and helped us to make this stay unforgettable. We recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

I had a good encounter during my stay at pavilion hotel and to mention a particular staff Fatin at the reception whom had treated us courteously which made us feel at home during our stay. Kudos to Fatin and team at hotel pavilion. I would definitely come back and stay here again.
