Located @Bukit Bintang Pavilion. Always love this hotel. Room clean n spacious. Club lounge super privacy, chill and service at top notch. Super convenience for shopping and dining. Pricing value affordable. Jingyee, Sabree, Natasha, Fazli, etc at Club Lounge never disappointed us always at their Top Tier Service and attention. Kudos to all.

JEFFREY , concierge was very friendly , helpful. Took our luggage down and called a grab to the airport and also to SOGO MALL. WE REQUESTED FOR THE NEWSPAPER , but the runner was not around , at least on our last day we managed to have it. Room service , house keeping and reception services were also tip top. Overall experience. Very good would come back again next trip.

I found on break fast Rasith making Good bread traditional. I found also (Ary) she is very good helping every one in job she is hounest In Lounge I found (Tevon) he is professional He is reaction of welcome Pavilion hotel My room was 917 I stayed between 16 to 20 of December.
