My favorite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The staff is wonderful, attentive and responsive. The breakfasts are delicious. Lasheed's Roti is fantastic. I'll definitely be back, at least for the Roti.

The hotel had great concierge’s, Jeffery and Sara were great in helping me plan my visit to Patronis Tower and the Betu Caves.

The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. I especially loved the roti canai and the soup section. The staff were very friendly and always greeted guests with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant.
