We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our spacious City Oasis room, smooth check-in and check-out, premium amenities, as well as the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh juices. We are also glad that our location above Pavilion Mall added convenience to your stay. We have noted your comments regarding the need to use two elevators, the traffic around the area, and the limited vegetarian options at breakfast.
