This was my 3rd time staying at the resort. I come alone every year. This has been the longest stay for me. I was there for 17 days. I was also there during the Cartel incident and I think the whole situation was handled extremely well and very professionally. Since I have been coming there for a few years and always being alone I have always felt very safe there. The guys that work at the door that meet and greet you are extremely nice. I do miss Tino but Pedro is amazing. He knows that I ho walking every morning and always told me yo have a nice walk. The 2 men at the concierge desk are extremely kind as well. They always would greet me as I walked by. Now… I will get to my all time favorite group of people who I now consider my friends. The SPORT and ENTERTAINMENT group. They are absolutely amazing!! Each and every one of them. The time that they put in during the day at the pool is amazing. One thing I must mention about this year before I go on to the rest of them. There was a young lady this year at the hotel. She had Down’s syndrome. The sports and entertainment group took her under their wings. She followed them around everywhere. They were so patient and so extremely kind to her. It made my heart so full. They should be commended for that. Next.., from Brian down to the rest of them. I do not know how much money they make but whatever they make.. they deserve more, I do not remember all of their names .. but the girls were all incredible. They never walked by me without an acknowledgment of some kind. Now the guys.., Diego, Danny, Luis ( who I know is gone ), and all of the rest of them. And then there’s Alexis who I said is the son that I never had. I think he is one of the newer ones on the team. His talent is beyond extraordinary. So incredibly talented as all of them are. His kindness that was so sincere. I feel bad because I DONT remember names. Alexis always had a compliment and Just took the time to put a smile on my face and visa versa. Robetzy and the male choreographer were also amazing. The talent that these young adults is unbelievable. I NEVER missed a show.. in fact they probably hit sick of seeing me but apparently they loved my energy. Their shows are so professionally done. I will never get tired of seeing a show. I really believe that they all have to be compensated in some way. Whether they get more money or an extra day off… whatever it is… they deserve it. It was very difficult for me to leave the resort this year. I got very attached to them even though I’m old enough to be their grandma. If i described myself … you would definitely know who i am. I asked to come talk to you a couple of times to tell you how much I love them but you were in meetings. I’m begging you to please somehow take care of each and every one of them. They ALL deserve it they work so much and I believe in my heart they do not make enough money at all. I am from the US and I am a chef and a small business owner and I would welcome each of them to the states!!! I really hope that you will take my request into serious consideration. There’s also my favorite bartender. Adrian. He’s a pretty special person as well. I would come down to the bar at 5;00 pm to have a drink and see his beautiful smiling face. He is an artist behind the bar and I could appreciate him because I’m known as the artistic chef. He also deserves to be compensated. Then there’s the chef. He’s mainly outside at the pizza bar. He’s awesome. I just cannot remember his name but he knew what I did for a living do he always asked if everything was ok. I always said yes but yo be honest.. the food is not the best at all at the resort but I kind of understand. At that outdoor restaurant is a lady by the name of Maria. She’s Also extremely kind. So… all in all I love it there. The whole vibe and the energy. I hope you know how hard everyone works. I usually come in February but I’m actually coming back very soon. It’s going to be a surprise so I’m not telling you either. Just trying to get some pricing. Please remember that I do not know all of their names but they all deserve to be compensated in one way or another. I appreciate you taking the time to read this very long email. Marival emotions is my favorite resort. I was lucky to go twice in one winter. My second trip was even better than my first this year. I made great relationships with entertainment group, so returning back was so much fun. They engage with all age groups and make time there fun - Alexis, Diego, Rosario, Leslie, Bryan, Monica, Irvin, Fernanda, Carlos and Arturo. Dalia at the volaré bar is an amazing server and always looks forward to seeing her. She's personable and great at her job. Fabian was a great bartender at the pool bar. The Snack bar (La Bamba) always had a great selection of food, the Amalfi (Italian restaurant) had the best lasagna. We didn't get to experience Silk due to lack of availability. We got to experience Mia Tia, the food and service was good, as was Capriccio. the La Bamba breakfast was also delicious. The room was comfortable And had everything we needed.

The resort was a great size for families. 8 restaurants offer options. The beach side rooms were amazing because you could hear the waves. The pool staff were amazing. The activities were so fun for all ages. We loved the beach sand and the waves to boogie board.
