Elected to stay here as the host hotel for Ironman 70.3 Nayarit. Location was perfect for that, but from long check-ins, to trying to sell us a time share, to the lack of available restaurant reservations, to the terrible offerings at the buffets, we were sorely disappointed.

This year was our 4th year staying at this resort and we definately recommend it. The food was delicious, Mr. Eduardo Aragon at La Bamba very attentive, nice and pleasent as well as Daniel Ramos Rendon, Manuel Hernandez, Adriana and Michell from Marival Kids club. We will definately return next year!

The resort was nice. Very quiet and not overcrowded. There weren’t people staking claim to pool chairs at 8 am like I’ve experienced at other resorts. The entertainment wasn’t amazing and the “kids” area was lacking but they did provide bikes and boogie boards for free. My main quip, and the reason I wouldn’t come back is because the resort didn’t offer guacamole to everyone. You could only get it if you had paid an extra $200USD per day for their membership. I’ve been to a lot of resorts, and guacamole (a staple for a Mexican vacation) has never been withheld from me before. We asked at every restaurant and they all said no. Very disappointing considering it’s a very cheap way to make resort guests happy!

not well cleaning needs to be improved... we opened the fridge 2 days after our arrival that means at least one day of cleaning and we find an open beer and smell bad... Roof water leaking at the entrance due lack of maintenance of the air conditioner... No availability on reservations at restaurants for dinner during our steady... we need to talk with the general manager to open one table for 2... but many tables were free when we arrived at each restuarant... lack of quality on food and beverages
