My family’s trip to Marival emotions was incredible we had so much fun and enjoyed every day we spent there. The hotel provided much to do and had nice shows to make it enjoyable. The food was good and there was a nice bit of variety. The best part was the staff in particular Fernando and Leslie they were so much fun to be with and made sure our family had a great time they were the best. We traveled to Marival on a large family trip. Party of 23. The staff were very friendly- food service, front desk, housekeeping- everyone was friendly and said hello. We had an issue, and Ranteri and Sandra at the front desk went out of their way to help us. The grounds are beautifully kept, and always clean. It was quiet near our room in block 4. The rooms in that area could definitely use some updating, but the air conditioning worked very well, and housekeeping was excellent. We were there for the World Cup, and the hotel threw a big watch party with lots of food and entertainment. We had a great time there. We felt safe and taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful week, and we’d definitely go back again.

overall a very lovely stay, very pleased with the variety of pools and activities for kids. one downside is that they don’t let you eat by the pool. would have liked service by the pool like in other hotels. also no lifeguards on duty at any pool for children safety. other than that the hotel was very accommodating and staff very friendly. one of our favorites was the classes they have in the grand lobby, we made guacamole, and sushi! we also really enjoyed the omakase experience but that was an extra charge. highly recommend, great chef.
