The hotel was nice and the food was good as usual. The Mexican Night was definitely a highlight. One negative experience was that the new restaurant booking system took up too much time - approximately 2 hours waiting with all the other guests on Sunday morning. Also, one restaurant did not even receive our confirmed reservation. One suggestion is to supply better quality alcohol (spirits) for Villa members. None of the bars had the products that Marival had before. Even Marival Distinct did not have the product that our salesman said would be available there.

Greatly appreciated the help Karima, then Idida did to accomodate our request to be located next to my spouse's sister as we do almost everything together (beach walks, meals, cocktail hours etc. Made our stay so enjoyable. There were some issues: 1. Wifi reception spotty near eating area on left hand side of Resort. (Needs a wifi booster in the area); 2. Showers were cool for first several days; (reported to lobby registration area and the man said "it was just tricky to operate). We know how to operate showers, and it wasn't"just tricky". After third day, mentioned again to lady at lobby; workman came out and reset temperature level which was low. 3. Water tap in bedroom ensuite sink is loose and needs tightening. 4. Smoke from smoking area drifts up to eating area. Suggest it either be moved or eliminated. 5. Suggest the need to register for 'specialty' dining areas be discontinued in favour of just 'first come, first seated'. This would eliminate wasting time of guests and we have found this to be better at other resorts.

We had a great experience! The members beach club was great! We had outstanding service from Marcos. The restaurants were outstanding especially Amalfi and Silk.

We came with our son & his family, & met my son’s wife’s parents for a superb holiday together. The food was incredible but the à la carts took over 2 hours, which was way too long for all of us, especially the kids. I would love to see the bathroom closed off from the rest of the room, so there’s more privacy between the toilet, shower and sink area. That’s the only thing I didn’t like about the rooms. Otherwise the resort is everything you could ask for in a Mexican holiday. Thank-you to everyone who works so hard to make everyone’s stay as fantastic as possible.
