Un accueil agréable, le personnel courtois et serviable. Chambres calmes. Vraiment une belle expérience. Seule le petit déjeuner pour 23€ me semble à un rapport qualité prix un peux élevé.

L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre était très spacieuse et très bien agencée. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il était indiqué lors de la réservation qu’il acceptait les chiens. Mais nous avons été désagréablement surpris lors de notre arrivée de devoir payer un supplément « nettoyage » de 25€ pour notre petit chien (ce qui n’était pas indiqué avant).

Accueil un peu rude de la part d'un réceptionniste nonchalant. La chambre était confortable avec une bonne literie et une salle de bain fonctionnelle, mais Il manquait des aménités basiques. Buffet du petit déjeuner varié servi dans une belle salle. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de la gare centrale, et à 20 minutes de marche des quais animés du Rhin
