Très belles chambres, superbes lits et très belle baignoire. Petit déjeuner moyen , il faudrait 2 machines à café car avec une seule, beaucoup d’attente!

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du château et de la cathédrale orthodoxe. Le personnel est agréable. La chambre n’est pas très grande, la salle de bain un peu ancienne, le chauffage collectif excessif (22/23 degrés). Impossible de le baisser ni d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. On connaît des Ibis Styles plus… stylés.

Your kind comments regarding the arrival, departure, cleanliness, and service are truly valued and will be shared with the staff. At the same time, I sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I apologize in particular for the discomfort caused by the room temperature. As you correctly noted, our building uses a centralized heating system, and unfortunately individual adjustment and window opening are limited. We fully understand how this impacted your comfort, and your feedback has been shared with management as we continue to explore technical improvements. We also take note of your comments regarding the room size, bathroom condition, WiFi speed, and breakfast variety, including the availability of fruit and additional coffee machines during peak hours. Your remarks are constructive and help us identify where enhancements are needed to better align with ibis Styles standards. Regarding the absence of a kettle in the room, this is not standard in all ibis Styles properties, but your comment has been duly noted and forwarded to the relevant department for consideration. Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel calme et bien situé. Ma chambre était spacieuse, calme, bien équipée. L'équipe à l'écoute et efficace. Je recommande cet hôtel.
