Bien situé, près de l'aéroport. Le trajet peut etre fait à pied sans probleme. Un centre commerciable est accessible également à pied. Le comfort de la chambre est acceptable pour un court séjour, mais il est vraiment minimal. Le coin douche de la chambre est petit.

J'ai quitté l'établissement après un check-out en règle, et avoir payé les repas que j'avais pris au restaurant les jours précédents. Deux heures après, mon compte en banque était de nouveau débité du même montant. La seule explication qui m'a été donnée pour cette double facturation est un bug informatique, ce qui est léger. Une semaine après, je n'ai toujours pas été recrédité de la somme prélevée de manière indue. Vous êtes plus prompts à conclure que vos clients sont partis comme des voleurs et à vous servir immédiatement sur leur compte qu'à réparer vos fautes. C'est ajouter l'inefficacité à l'insulte. En conséquence, je redirigerai mon activité sur une autre chaîne d'hôtels.

I would like to personally and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced following your departure from our hotel. Please accept our apologies for the duplicate charge that appeared on your bank account after your check-out. This incident was caused by an unexpected malfunction between our payment terminals and the bank’s processing system. While our team did identify and resolve the technical issue, regrettably the resolution and subsequent reimbursement took longer than it should have, and certainly longer than we would have wished. I fully understand how unacceptable this situation must have felt, especially after completing your check-out correctly and settling all charges during your stay. I am truly sorry for the concern this caused and for the impression it gave. This is in no way reflective of the level of service or trust we strive to provide our guests. Please be assured that we have reviewed this incident with both our internal teams and our banking partner to ensure that such a situation does not occur again. Your feedback has been taken very seriously. Once again, I offer my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. Très bon accueil, proche de l'aéroport. Arrêt de bus à côté de l'hôtel pour rejoindre le centre ville et en face d'un grand centre commercial. Chambre propre, par contre mal isolée contre le bruit et climatisation qu'il n'est pas possible de modifier la température.
