J'ai quitté l'établissement après un check-out en règle, et avoir payé les repas que j'avais pris au restaurant les jours précédents. Deux heures après, mon compte en banque était de nouveau débité du même montant. La seule explication qui m'a été donnée pour cette double facturation est un bug informatique, ce qui est léger. Une semaine après, je n'ai toujours pas été recrédité de la somme prélevée de manière indue. Vous êtes plus prompts à conclure que vos clients sont partis comme des voleurs et à vous servir immédiatement sur leur compte qu'à réparer vos fautes. C'est ajouter l'inefficacité à l'insulte. En conséquence, je redirigerai mon activité sur une autre chaîne d'hôtels.

Très bon accueil, proche de l'aéroport. Arrêt de bus à côté de l'hôtel pour rejoindre le centre ville et en face d'un grand centre commercial. Chambre propre, par contre mal isolée contre le bruit et climatisation qu'il n'est pas possible de modifier la température.
