Lors de notre arrivée, aucun sourire, hôtesse figée sur son écran, aucun regard, aucune attention, récite son texte. (n'était pas stagiaire). Franchement pas digne de ce type d'établissement. (Lié à l'Estonie? non je ne pense pas).

Longue attente à l’accueil (20 minutes) alors que je suis platinum accor. Trop de manipulation (prise de tout les passeports des clients nous étions 7 donc ça a mis à temps fou… j’ai jamais connu ça. Accueil froid et désagréable, j’ai payé en extra pour avoir les chambres prêtent à 11h. 1 chambre sur 3 était disponible à l’heure d’arrivé (11h30), aucune excuse pour se désagrément et aucune compensation. Pour un 5 étoiles c’est très limite. Chambre correct mais très vieille ! Les carreaux de la salle de bain se détache… pas de plateau de courtoisie pour l’hôte principale qui à la carte platinum ni de mot d’accueil (nous avons fait Novotel à Tallinn la semaine d’avant, un 4 étoiles et nous avons eu tout cela ! Alors qu’ici c’est un 5 étoiles, rien du tout). Le restaurant est fermé le dimanche ! Manque de chance nous étions le dimanche très étonnant pour un 5 étoiles aussi. On m’a dit qu’on allait m’appeler pour dire que les deux autres chambres seront prêtent, rien du tout ! Aucun appel je suis retourné à l’hôtel à 17h, et enfin les chambres étaient prêtent, même chose longue attente (10 minutes) pour récupérer les clés des deux chambres. Ce n’est pas au niveau du groupe Accor ni d’un 5 étoiles.

While extra arrangements were made for early check-in, it appears that there was a miscommunication regarding the readiness of the rooms. We appreciate your observations about the bathroom tiles and the absence of a welcome note or courtesy tray for our Platinum guests. I would also like to clarify that the restaurant being closed on Sundays is part of our operational policy, which aims to ensure the best service quality throughout the week. Des chambres spacieuses, un lit très confortable (le nec plus ultra: la carte de choix d’oreillers!!), un petit déjeuner parfait (accueil, produits frais et variés, belle amplitude horaire), un restaurant au Michelin de qualité. Un vrai 5 *****, bravo à l’équipe. L’emplacement à 10mn du centre est pratique. Bref n’hésitez pas!
