hotel is dated. doors have to be fixed, they are not closed properly and some open areas are being left which is welcoming insects in the room. a/c was too noisy and many of other guests was complaining abt the same. I requested wake-up call twice but got no calls at all! what a shame!!! I called maintenance twice for the a/c, nobody showed up! There is not enough variety at the breakfast for Europeans. I stayed at B837 and was so happy with the lady responsible for house keeping. She granted some solutions for the door, was so responsive to any requests. I sincerely think that she does a great job!

Experience was fabulous! A Beautiful resort that catered for all individuals, the only down side was that there wasn't a huge variety for breakfast in the mornings. Hence 8 out 10 rating!!

Our room had great views over the pool to the ocean, couldn't ask for better. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and courteous. Food was delicious and good servings. Definitely coming back.

The hotel provide great facility with various activities to do during our stay at the hotel. The location is great right by the beach with couple of steps walk from the hotel. The food was great and provide various choices of breakfast to select from with delicious taste. The staffs are also very attentive to details and willing to assist you at all touch points during the stay.
