Superbe Hôtel dans l’esprit des Mama Shelter . Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas, on peut être surpris lorsqu’on arrive tard et qu’il y a une party mais c’est très bien isolé. Vraiment dommage que les chambres soient si petites…. et qu’il y ait de gros travaux de construction juste à côté. Il faut oublier les grasses matinées. Il est très bien situé et le personnel est top 👍🏻 Un spécial remerciement à Jeffrey et Garett qui ont été adorables.

De passage pour une nuit sur Singapour, j’avais choisi cet hôtel après une bonne expérience passée en France. La chambre est petite mais pour un séjour de nuit ce n’est pas dérangeant. En revanche, si vous comptez rester plusieurs nuits et ouvrir vos bagages, cela devient vite compliqué. L’isolation phonique de la chambre n’est pas optimale. J’entendais assez facilement la télé de la chambre voisine. Ma frustration se situe plutôt au niveau du petit déjeuner. Il n’est possible de choisir qu’un item sur la carte à manger et à boire. il est impossible d’avoir une boisson chaude et un jus par exemple il faut choisir. je trouve cela. Dommage de ne pas avoir a minima la possibilité d’avoir une boisson chaude et un jus le matin au petit déjeuner. En tout cas le personnel est charmant.

Un hôtel est avant tout un endroit où l’on vient pour bien dormir. Malheureusement, pendant deux des quatre nuits que j’y ai passées, le restaurant du RDC avait été privatisé et transformé en véritable night-club. Ma chambre se trouvait juste au-dessus, et la musique était si forte qu’elle faisait vibrer la porte-fenêtre. Impossible de dormir avant la fin de la soirée, vers minuit. Avec le décalage horaire en plus, ces deux nuits ont rendu mon court séjour à Singapour particulièrement fatigant. Si vous choisissez cet hôtel, je vous conseille donc de demander une chambre dans les étages supérieurs si vous souhaitez vraiment passer des nuits calmes.

Mama is all about buzzing energy downstairs, but your room experience should still feel like a calm escape above it all. What you described clearly crossed the line between atmosphere and interruption, especially after a long flight and jet lag in the mix. We hear you loud and clear on the room location tip higher floors are definitely the better match for light sleepers or anyone just needing proper rest. We’ll also make sure our team is more mindful in balancing the volume so the vibe stays downstairs where it belongs. Sorry we cost you a couple of good nights’ sleep in Singapore.
