Mama is all about buzzing energy downstairs, but your room experience should still feel like a calm escape above it all. What you described clearly crossed the line between atmosphere and interruption, especially after a long flight and jet lag in the mix. We hear you loud and clear on the room location tip higher floors are definitely the better match for light sleepers or anyone just needing proper rest. We’ll also make sure our team is more mindful in balancing the volume so the vibe stays downstairs where it belongs. Sorry we cost you a couple of good nights’ sleep in Singapore.
