1) Çalışanlara bahşiş vermezseniz size düzgün hizmet yok . 2) Garsonlar yetersiz. Tirana havuzdan içecek almak için en baştaki barlara yürümek gerek. 3) Restaurantta turistlere yapılan belden aşağı sohbet , iğrençti ! 4) Yemekleri berbat ! Koca açık büfeden sadece noddle , makarna beslendik . Köfteler galan iğrençti ! 5) 40 derece sıcakta hadi köpek balığı var diye denizi kapattınız ya havuzlar neden kapalı ? 6’da. Sonra 6) Boş şezlong bulmak sabahın köründe kalkmadıysanız imkansız. 7) Tüm çocuk aktiviteleri günlerce öncesinden doluyor . 8) Şikayetleri dile getirdiğinizde sizi ikna edemeyen kişi size trip atıyor resmen sanki hatalı biziz. 9) De ize iskeleden girmek istersen iskelenin merdiveninde bulunan insan kalabalığı azalırsa girebilirsin . 10) Denizde pool barın etrafında boş şezlong bulamayınca uzağa gidiyorsun ve akşama kadar içecek almak için git gel yapman gerekir . 11) Bahşiş yoksa kırk karış surat sanki siz müşteri değil de çalışanısınız gibi bir muamele var . Bize tebliğ ettiğiniz hiçbirşeyi vaad ettiğiniz hiçbirşey yoktu otelde . İt gibi çalışıp bombok bir altı gün geçirdik !
