Amazing hotel. The facilities and restaurants are top class. Water park is brilliant for kids and adults. No struggle for a sun-bed either due to the amount of pools available and also the beach. Shuttle buses run continuously between both hotels and make it easy to get to all parts. The entertainment has to be the best I’ve ever seen in an all inclusive hotel. NYE was like going to a concert. You can also use all the facilities at the radamis (rixos) and the hotel puts a bus service on to there and back each day.

Just returned from a very enjoyable 3 weeks . This hotel was very good it was our second visit since it has been Rixos visited many times when it was the Tropicana Grand Azure. The rooms was nice and kept tidy the mini bar was kept replenished . Toiletries were very nice. The entertainment was a bit loud as we were in block 19 . The A la carte restaurants were very good food and service was good and the décor was very pleasant. But we have always said its the Staff who make a hotel. The staff here are very hard working friendly and pleasant. The ones we dealt with were Mamhood and Adil Bar managers Mohammed , Marissa ,Rita,Mina, Rashid and Aya in the lobby bar were very good but Marissa was exceptional with us. Reda in the turquoise restaurant was great in the mornings and lunchtime was always there with our juice and coffee we did not eat there much at night as we ate in the A la cartes most nights. The lifeguards were brilliant also especially Mohammed (at the quiet bit of the pool )there were a few Mohammed's but this was the young one every day he put our towels on the sunbeds did towel arrangements for us and brought wee bunches of flowers to our sunbeds .His boss Ziyad was very nice also. Vinay the A la carte restaurant manager was always asking us if everything was all right he was very attentive. We visited the Rixos Ramadis and the Rixos Sharm but preferred the Seagate by far. They did Christmas very well and the lights and decorations were so good. The guest relations people were very helpful in getting things done for you. All in all I would recommend this hotel and We hope to return . All the staff were great but the photos are of the people we most interacted with

Amazing hotel rooms with mini fridges that are filled up with snacks and drinks everyday, all the bathroom essentials and towels, slippers and bathrobes. Great customer service amazing selection of foods including 4 restaurants and many snack bars. Huge water park with a vast variety of rides to choose from and amazing activities to choose from in the hotel. Fantastic Rixy kids club with many PS4’s, a mini football pitch and a playground. Amazing, great quality gym and spa both free of charge. Totally recommend this hotel to anyone who decides to go on holiday in Sharm El Sheikh probably the best in the area.
