We arrived for our second visit to this amazing hotel to celebrate our birthdays, from start to finish it was fabulous!! The food, the staff, the restaurants Al a carte restaurants, we visited the new Greek restaurant called Mykonos the night before my birthday & it was a fab night. On our visit they were expanding the Veranda restaurant on Aqua Side with workmen daily but it didn't really bother us as they played Greek music ( which was extremely repetitive ) to drown out the workmen!! Special thanks goes to the Guest Relations young lady Daria, on front desk in reception, she was amazing, so helpful, if we had trouble booking an Al a Carte restaurant, she helped to book them for us, no problems at all. FADI the manager of Turquoise Restaurant on Main Side used to be the manager of Peoples Restaurant & he remembered us greeting us with a friendly smile!! All of the restaurants we visited were fantastic, the food, the staff, we loved the Asian the best but it's your own personal choice. All the bar staff/ poolside staff were friendly & helpful, also the guy on the coffee hut called Tunes by the pool at Aqua side was lovely & friendly, always remembering what coffee we had every day & Ali at the pool bar was always friendly & bringing over our drinks in an ice bucket along with our favourite crisps !! All in all a fantastic holiday again, we can't wait to come back soon!! Thank you again Rixos, you were a dream!!!

Beautiful hotel with nice staff and nice food. Rooms always clean and fresh. All waitresses were happy to serve and help. All pools were super clean.

Amazing entertainment team Mohammed was great really got everyone involved during the holiday and made the activities really fun and interesting.

Fantastic hotel we will be definitely coming back here again. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful Hotel is exceptionally clean and the grounds are immaculate

Great family hotel, we spent 2 weeks in December 2025, couldn’t recommend it anymore, also lots to do for adults if you’re into the fitness scene. Tarek from the kids club was super helpful throughout our stay, lovely guy and helped us to find our feet in the first few days. We will be an in 2026.
