Rixos Premium Seagate 5 yıldız

We are currently on our last day at the resort. We stayed in the aqua side of the hotel in a 1 bedroomed family room. First impressions… After a long flight we were pleased to be told or hostel was the first drop off. It took about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. Check in was well organised and were quickly transferred by the resort buggy to our room. Food: I can honestly say this is the best food we have had in a hotel before. I have stayed all over the world and it was truly amazing the effort that is displayed. The buffet restaurant was actually a pleasure! This is a place I usually avoid! At breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, omelettes, fried eggs, cakes, donuts, cereal, pancakes, yogurts, and even a gluten free area. In the evening again a great selection. Al cartes. We had no problem booking in to those. We visited the Italian, bbq on the beach, Brazilian and the Tapenakki. All a high standard with great service. Drinks… everything you can think off. Cocktails, sparkling wine, bottled water, canned desperados and other beers. Canned coke zero, sprit , Fanta etc. premium spirits! The best part of the holiday was most definitely the service we have received from the lifeguard Abdelghafar Mohamed. From the very first day he was so friendly. He always went the extra mile to make our holiday special. It was my daughters birthday and he made sure he decorated the sunbeds with flowers and animal shaped towels. He even made her a birthday cake from towels and straws as candles. He is an asset to the hotel. He always interacted with the guests and ensured all the children were safe in the pool. I can honestly say he is the best lifeguard we have ever had at a hotel. My daughter even made him a card to say thank you. Thank you Rixos for a fantastic holiday. We hope to visit again soon.

4 days in this resort , one of the best resort in the world with hig quality service in every thing specially dinnig and luxury. 6 tried the la carte restaurant, all of them perfect but the best its the main restuarnt with the Best Sushi in Sharm elshich With Chef Ahmad

We have just returned from a stay at the Aqua Side and having spent 11 nights there and experiencing both sides I'd 100% say stay Aqua side. It's like a boutique hotel in comparison to the main side and during the day it's incredible. The life guards, buffet staff and the pool bar staff simply made our holiday. I'd return because of them. Food exceptional. Drinks a decent level but service of the staff on the Aqua side really made it. The main side is where we found the service lacking but being honest I put this down to Rixos Senior management and not enough staff so they simply can't cope in the restaurants on that side, the Asian took 45 mins to even get started. The pools were perfect end of May beginning of June and you could stay in them all day great temperature. I've worked in luxury travel for 14 years and I can honestly say the staff that work there are amazing. Stop to think when you moan about you job these staff are paid next to nothing, 7 days a week no days off and they can't do enough for you. I'd be fetching them over to work for me if I could and I hope Rixos improve the conditions as nobody should be working 7 days a week with no days off really not acceptable
