Had a great holiday. Weather was fantastic. Food was lovely especially at the pool bar. The grilled chicken was my favourite. Staff were very kind and pleasant at all times and offered their help constantly, The sea view was amazing and rooms are big and comfortable.

On arrival i was given an old room, full of mosquitos with twin beds (having booked a king double). It looked nothing like the pics in the LoveHolidays brochure. Guy on reception said the room i wanted wasnt available until tomorrow. Next day, i changed rooms, this new room had been renovated - it was excellent! Exactly what i was hoping for on arrival! All was going well, until 2 days later when i got food poisoning from the all-inclusive! That meant 2 days starving myself, then 2 days recovering! I never managed to eat in the a la cart as i was ill. After being ill, i didnt really know what i could or couldnt eat at the all inclusive so that ruined it for me. Food on offer was pretty bland to be honest and i normally don't care about these things! I trusted their hygiene but they failed me on this occasion. When i went, the place must have been 25% full - however, there were not enough loungers around the pool - most were claimed with a blue towel! I have to say that the staff on the resort were all amazing! One tip i would give is if you go to reception, deal with the guys! They are way more caring and understanding. Dont deal with Mary - all she says is "no" for everything without actually understanding what you are asking her. Overall, an average stay, ruined by food poisoning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely lovely, and the location and views were truly breathtaking. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding in every aspect. A special thank you to Dasha from the animation team for making our experience even more enjoyable, as well as Hany, Mohamed, and Chef Mohamed from Rangoli, the Indian restaurant, for their exceptional service and the delicious food. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommended. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to adjust!

Personeller Rusca-İtalyanca gibi dilleri biliyorlar fakat Türkçe bilgileri hiç yok. İngilizce seviyeleri de çok düşük olduğu için anlaşmakta zorluk çekiliyor. Barmen ve servis personelleri daha kibar ve misafir perver olmalı, eğitilmeliler. Otel genelinde gereksiz kurallar var. Personeller bunlara sığınarak müşteri memnuniyetini veya insiyatif alınması gereken konularda katılar. Otel içinde taxi hizmeti veren anlaşmalı kişiler, dışardaki taksicilere göre 3-4 kat fazla fiyat alıyor, fırsatçılık yapıyorlar. Otelin mimarisi, genel olarak fiziki yapısı, yemekleri ve özellikle kumsalları çok hoşumuza gitti. Otelin 1.numaralı beachindeki mercanlıklar ve balık çeşitliliğini daha öne çıkarmanızı, tanıtmanızı, hatta dalış imkanı sağlamanızı tavsiye ederim.
