Otel genel olarak üst seviye bir hizmet sundu, tüm personeller ilgili ve samimi davrandı. Genel olarak son derece temiz bir oteldi. Yemek konusunda gitmeden önce kafamızda soru işaretleri vardı fakat tüm yemekler gayet lezzetli ve damak tadımıza uygundu. Sahilleri ve plajları çok güzeldi. Mimari yapısı ve odaları güzel tasarlanmıştı. Birkaç alt yapı sorunu haricinde bir problem yaşamadık. (Tv-telefon bağlantısı sadece android için olması garip ti.) Barlardaki restorandaki ve havuzdaki personeller e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz hepsi çok kibardı ve çok ilgili davrandılar. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık ve etrafımızdaki arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye etmeye başladık.

Tesis gayet güzel, odalar ferah, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve daima yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Yemekler çok iyi. Otel içerisinde etkinlik organizasyon şirketi bulunması su sporları atv, buggy çöl turu vs çok fazla etkinlik mevcut olması ve otelden alıp otele bırakmaları güzel. Tekrar konaklamak isteriz.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldım özellikle güvenlik ve temizlik olarak beklentilerim karşılandı. Otel odası ve peyzajı çevresi de gayet düzenli ve temizdi. Yemek çeşitliliği ve personeller yeterli seviyedeydi. Yemeklerde tek eksik , fazla baharat kullanılmasiydi tatlılarda ise kullanılan çikolata kalitesi kötüydü ve Otelde revir eksikliği de mevcuttu. Eşimin tırnağı kırıldı fakat kesmek için tırnak makası yoktu yada yara bandı. O yüzden puanım 9/10
