best Hotel that I have been in Egypt, spatial thanks to Amr Moawad to organise our eating during our rest, professional in his job and great person, so I will come back if I know he is still working here!!!! So I recommended to come here!!!❤️❤️❤️

We have just come back from a week at this lovely resort the staff are amazing so helpful nothing is to much trouble the beach is always clean and plenty of chairs Nice selection off for to choose from we stayed there in march and came back as enjoyed it so much

Don't be fooled by the hotel's fancy appearance and five-star rating—it's far from it. First, ensure you book the beachside of the hotel, not the mountainside, as it's a long trek to the beach. While the beach has clear water and coral reefs, the swimming area is very limited and you can't go deep. The food quality was disappointing; I've had better meals at three-star hotels. Snack time is restricted to just two hours during lunch and only by the beach, which is a hassle if you're staying on the mountainside. The pool was dirty, with multiple cigarette butts and bugs floating in it. While the room service was exceptional, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.

A very beautiful and elegant place, and its activities make the tourist more and more interested, and the cleanliness and morals of the staff are very high , Because of the beauty of the place and the psychological comfort in the city and the region, I really wished that I had not left the region.

Dirty, stained and dusty

The staff were nice, but the hotel was horrible. It was dirty and stained. The bathtub was dirty, the floor was dusty and dirty, and the curtains were stained. If you can afford better, please choose a better option. We ended up doing anything just to avoid being in the room. I only stayed here for a couple of days; if it were longer, I would definitely leave and book somewhere else.
