美しいガーデンやリス、アヒル、クジャクや鳥達が癒してくれます。建物の古さはありますが、きちんと掃除がされています。どのスタッフもサービスはよくフレンドリーでした。 私はこのホテルをお勧めしますしリピーターです。

2014年の2月と７月に来て以来です。朝食会場のガムラン演奏はなくなったけど、ロビーやビーチでの生演奏はレベルが高くて楽しめました。朝食も以前はマンゴスチンやドラゴンフルーツがあったけど、だいぶシンプルになりました。生ジュースを搾ってもらえたり、いろんな小動物がいて、楽しかったです。夜のブッフェの料理は残念でした

It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the fresh juice prepared for you, your lunch experience at Tamarind and our sustainability initiatives aimed at preserving the hotel for years to come. At the same time, we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the absence of gamelan music at breakfast and the changes in fruit variety. Your feedback about the breakfast selection and the evening buffet at Showtime Buffet has been shared with our Culinary team for careful review, particularly your suggestion to offer a wider and more balanced variety. Please also accept our sincere apologies regarding the cleanliness concerns in room 1005, especially the ants on the balcony and the air-conditioner leakage affecting the closet area.
