スタッフの方々は皆親切で愛想が良く、とても快適に滞在できました。電気が切れたり、排水溝が詰まっていたりと問題が出る度に素早く直してもらえたので、良かったです。初めてのバリ旅行がとても良いものになりました。ビーチが綺麗で、広々と宿泊客が使えるリクライニングチェアがいくつもあり、海の音を聞きながら、リラックスできました。レストランもとっても良かったです。

4102号室でネズミが出ました。しかも2回。4103号室に変えてくれたのでその後は快適でした。客室でのネズミ発生はホテルの防疫の、問題があるとしか考えれません。しっかり対策した方が良いと思います。

While we appreciate your comments, we are truly sorry to learn that your experience fell short of the standards that we strive to deliver. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the distress and inconvenience caused by the presence of a mouse in your original room. We fully understand your concern, particularly as the incident occurred more than once. Although we are pleased that our team was able to arrange a room change to Room 4103 and that you were more comfortable afterward, we deeply regret the impact this situation had on your overall impression of our resort. Please be assured that we take matters relating to hygiene, cleanliness and pest control extremely seriously. Your feedback has been immediately shared with our teams to conduct a thorough investigation and reinforce our preventive measures to ensure that this issue is addressed with the utmost urgency and does not recur. We also sincerely apologize for the condition of the toilet bowl cleanliness, which did not meet your expectations or our own standards.
