We had a great week at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The service was incredible - special mention to Pande who did such a wonderful job servicing our room for the week (probably the best housekeeping we’ve had at any hotel), the pool staff for their attentive poolside service, and the kids club staff for their care - kids had a ball. Gym was very good. Good breakfast buffet. Only criticism would be that most restaurants open at 6pm for dinner - would have preferred 5pm dinners for families with young children, as ours were exhausted after a day of swimming and 6pm was too late.

I stayed at Sofitel for a week and I experienced a yoga session and gym sessions with Novi. She is a very good trainer and a smiling cool person. The fitness room is well and modern equipped with a sauna and a hammam. Thank you

We had the most wonderful time at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. While we only stayed for 3 nights, I think we would happily return. Breakfast each morning in Kwee Zeen was quite the experience, particularly the basket of fruit which can be selected to then be made into fresh juice. It would have to be the best breakfast I have experienced in all my travels. We had dinner at Cucina on our second night and can highly recommend Ami who was delightful and ensured we had everything we needed without being obtrusive - certainly a gem in their staff lineup. The Spa treatments menu was extensive and a treat before we flew home the next day.

Wonderful experience at Kwee-Zeen at Sofitel hotel. All staff was very welcoming and engaging especially Radnata who made sure we were very well looked after. Great food and great service
