We are truly sorry to hear about the serious issues you encountered during your stay, especially regarding the room condition, privacy concerns, and the incident with the bedside lamp. We completely understand how upsetting and uncomfortable this must have been, particularly late at night, and we sincerely apologize for the distress caused.
