We had a great time staying here. Service was soo good and friendly. And also has a nice maintenance.... It is so clean throughout the hotel.... Ploy ( guest relationship officer ) is very good , kind and also guided us for the routes. Recommend place to stay

Great place to stay. Friendly environment. Nice ambiance with great executive lounge experience. Food is so great. Ploy guest relationship officer who made our stay so good with taking caring once after checkin till check out while even in breakfast buffet and also while in the check in and check out process. Very friendly, polite and nice communication skills she have to manage foreigner’s very well. Thanks Grand mercure Atrium and staff for making out stay great and good.

We stayed at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium for 3 nights as part of a flight and hotel package. We were suppose to have 4 nights but due to an airline strike, we only got 3 nights. When we got to the hotel to check in, we had to wait nearly an hour to get to our room which we felt shouldn’t have had to happen as we were already booked into the hotel the day before. Apart from this minor mishap, our overall stay was good. The staff were very friendly, very accommodating and always greeted you with a smile and a hello whether at breakfast, in the lobby, or the housekeeping staff. Housekeeping are kept very busy and work around the clock (sometimes hearing them late in the evening and during the night). The pool area on level 4 was quite small but was adequate. Rooms were cleaned to a satisfactory standard. I would be quite happy to stay here again. A little note of advice… the hotel is a 25 mins taxi ride so for a tourist point of view, it wasn’t the best location to get to downtown Bangkok

Excellent rooms and best view. And staff is mink and donut is really good support and upgrade our rooms. Nice service. Excellent room service. Breakfast is so much good. All so available indian food available in Breakfast menu. We are recommending to choose this hotel

Love the room. Very spacious. The chambermaid were most competent. Marvel at their speed cleaning a room with such care and all done by one person. Chai, the porter at concierge was so helpful. He made sure I know where I was going and wished me a wonderful shopping time. I did not get the rest of the other porters name but they were equally efficient. Tku. Staff at level 23 was so hospitable and friendly. Felt very at home with them. They ensured that the drinks we ordered at the lounge were to our taste. They remembered my kind of coffee and would automatically serve it for my Brekkie. Awesome service at this hotel. Kudos to the team.
