I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay, particularly with the bathtub, Wi-Fi, and lack of spare amenities. Regarding your booking experience, we understand your concern about the pricing on the ALL app compared to Travel agency. We will share this feedback with our team to work on improving our offerings and providing more competitive rates. We acknowledge your comment about the noisy refrigerator and will address this issue. For future stays, please note that our Studio Executive, Suite Comfort, and Suite Executive rooms come with washing machines. Unfortunately, during your stay, our hotel was experiencing high occupancy, which limited our ability to accommodate your late check-out request. Please note that late check-out depends on room availability and must be requested in advance. As for your ALL member recognition, we are sorry you didn't feel fully acknowledged.
