立地も良く部屋も広くてキレイでしたが、バスタブがずいぶん使っていないような感じなので水をかけたが、排水が悪いようでなかなか流れず使う気になれなかった。

バンコク内でホテルに泊まるのは初めてですが、非常に満足したので定宿にしたいです。 正直、直前のホテル探しとなり、アソーク〜プロンポンでお手頃価格だったここに決めましたが、決めて正解でした。 スタッフさん方は丁寧で、滞在中に宅配の受取を依頼しましたが問題なく対応していただけました。みなさん基本的にタイ語/英語の対応になりますが、中には日本語がお上手なドアマンの方もいらっしゃいました。 場所は、スクンビットまですぐに出ることができ、アソーク駅/スクンビット駅とプロンポン駅のどちらも徒歩圏内、スクンビットを渡ればすぐエムスフィアという好立地でした。 お部屋は広く清潔、2ドアの冷蔵庫のあるキッチンに乾燥機能付き洗濯機、色々な国のチャンネルを見ることができるテレビが居間と寝室に各1台ずつ。とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 朝食は洋食とタイ料理があり、タイ料理は毎日少しずつ品が変わっていて、飽きがきませんでした。 子供向けの有料プログラムもいくつか用意されており、機会があれば利用してみたいと思いました。 プールは乳幼児が遊べる浅いものから深さ1.4mまで全3種類に加え、小型のスライダーもあり、子供から大人まで楽しむことができました。専用のバスタオルがあるのも、いちいち部屋のものを持参せずに済んだので助かりました。 また次回もお世話になります。ありがとうございました。

リクエストした部屋を反映してくれた。静かで眺めも良い部屋を準備してくれてよかった。朝食会場が狭く、隣席との間隔も狭いので広くしてほしいと思った。コーヒーメーカーに行列が出来るので数台増やしてほしい。当日でないとリクエストした部屋の場所やレイトチェックアウトの可否について確認できないので改善してほしい。

昨年に引き続き２度目の宿泊です。ホテルはプールもあり、フロントの女性はとても親切で 今回は3泊しましたがとても快適に過ごせました。部屋も広くバスルームも清潔で満足してます。 満点にしたいところですが、今回気になったのが ・トイレットペーパーの補充がされてなくフロントまでもらいに行った ・フロントに部屋から電話しようとしても、部屋のコードレス電話の使い方説明も無く、フロントへの連絡の仕方がわからなった。プッシュ式番号のある電話のほうがわかりやすいと思う。 上記理由で８点です。 また、とても良かったのはフロントの女性が帰りのタクシーを手配してくれて大変助かりました。 また次回も宿泊したいと思います。
