Very good service from Benz (one of their staff members) at the front desk. She is very kind, friendly, polite and has been very helpful. Goes way beyond what a front desk staff usually does or has to do. Room was also clean. Swimming pool was good enough. Only not so good thing was the beds were too small for a hotel.

I am overseas tourist, I did not bring the credit card that I used to pay online for the booking, so the hotel made me pay AGAIN (no idea how long will the previous refund take). I showed them my credit card statement but they didn't care. I will NEVER stay at any Accor hotel anymore, I will instruct my 200 employes to NEVER stay at any Accor hotel anymore, I will instruct my suppliers' employees to NEVER stay at any Accor anymore. Disgusting.

I stayed with my wife for 3 nights. Breakfast had good variety, our room was clean and their room service was excellent. The hotel is located in a convenient place where it's a walking distance to the metro and concierge team is available to give a ride a few metres to the metro. Finally I must commend Ken of the concierge team, he was very helpful with information concerning the area and also helped fix my suitcase lock which has spoilt on the day of checkout.

Terrible Customer Service and Experience

I am a longtime returning customer. I made a three day reservation thru Expedia. I tried to extend one day. I was told repeatedly by front desk there were no rooms available for fourth day. However there were all categories of rooms available that day. I was then told I could only make a two day reservations for that period. I explained that by extending, it would be a four day stay. They could not seem to understand that. I checked out after three days. Very poor customer service for longtime returning customer. I was not treated so poorly by any other hotels in Thailand over many trips. Besides the poor customer service. The hotel seems now to cater to mostly budget travelers. In what’s become one of the loudest party streets in Bangkok. You hear loud thumping music until late in the morning from all rooms. Overall a very poor experience, and one that I will not repeat.

Fourth time at this hotel with the same impression: great location, very good service, lovely breakfast and topped it with one of the best suites accommodation in Bangkok. Their lounge on the 16th floor and is a delight with special attention and great service by Don and Sam - these two can really make a difference and put your mind in ease with any aspect of your stay.
