Excellent location near the BTS Nana. All level of staff services are awesome and make guests felt welcome. Front Desk staff checking in me are cheerful and helpful especially the 2 staff DON & SOM at the Premier Club Lounge. Room are large and clean. Kudos to the whole team of Mercure Sukhumvit 11 and great leadership by the Management.

Very beautiful hotel, timeless aesthetic, the most friendly and helpful staff and amazing food. The rooms are super big, cosy and beds comfortable. Qudos to Adison at concierge who is hands down the best human i have met yet. Definitely will be back

Amazing hotel fantastic and curtious, friendly and always welcoming staff. House keeping staff Maliwon was extremely efficient. The location is amazing the breakfast was amazing and the staff overall from start to finish are exceptionally professional.
