recently stayed at Mercure and was left deeply disappointed by their lack of hospitality. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Positives: The room was nice and clean, and the location was convenient. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. Negatives: Breakfast was far below average, both in quality and experience. The breakfast staff were outright rude and inattentive. On the first morning, my two-year-old wasn’t eating, and since breakfast was about to end, I decided to take a couple of bread slices and a butter cube with me. The staff initially refused and only relented after a heated discussion. The next day, while having breakfast, one server asked me to move to another table for a larger group. I complied, only to be asked to move again by another server minutes later. Frustrated, I refused—and to my astonishment, no large group ever arrived. It was utterly unnecessary and poorly managed. This is not what I would call hospitality. Mercure should take notes from professionals like Amari or Holiday Inn on how to treat guests with respect and make them feel welcome. While the rooms and location are commendable, their hospitality is zero out of ten. With so many better options in the area, I will not be returning to this property. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

Nice Hotel, rooms and staff are amazing. I also like the pool and gym. Sukhumvit 11 is very lively street famous for its nightlife, lots of restaurants, clubs and bars open until 3am. Not not so nice is the smell of weed and drug sellers everywhere from my point of view.

Had some great days again in this beautiful hotel. Great pool and pool Bar. Clean rooms and a very nice stuff. Special thanks to Mr. Adison and all the Concierges for beeing always helpful and friendly. I will come again! This hotel is very recommendable!

Great hotel, great location. Above all, fantastic staff. Always willing To go the extra mile to help. Special thanks to “Tum” in housekeeping. Lot’s of dining of dining options on Soi 11. Italian, German, English, And International Cuisine all in the same area. Two amazing rooftop Bars nearby. Whether you are looking for Casual or Upscale, it’s all Nearby. Short walk to the Skytrain.

Good spacious and clean rooms, the breakfast at Lily Fu’s was very just amazing with a huge spread.The location is just right in the centre of Soi 11 with everything in walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Bangkok.
