The Mercure on Soi 11 is an excellent affordable hotel. I travel to Bangkok often for business and I can choose from many hotels. However, I always stay at the Mercure Soi 11 and one of the main reasons I always stay there is because of Khun Adison. Adison is the bellman and the tuk tuk driver. His service is absolutely outstanding in every respect and makes me feel at home at the Mercure. Every morning when I come down to go to work, Adison greets me with a friendly hello and ask what he can do to assist me that morning. He assist me with my bags as necessary and makes any arrangements I need for my laundry, drivers, etc. And, best of all he takes me to the end of Soi 11 each morning in the hotel tuk tuk so I can cross the canal to my office. His driving is excellent and his demeanor is friendly and polite. Adison sends me off each morning with a pleasant best wishes for the day and a big smile. All in all, Adison makes each early morning a delight. Thanks so much Khun Adison and I look forward to seeing you back at the Mercure Soi 11 soon. Daniel Greif

We booked 2 rooms with extra bed for 5 of us cousins. Staffs are great, rooms are clean, breakfast was good, wifi was fast and location is perfect for party goers - bars are right infront of the hotel. Special shout out to Mr Kitt and Mr Top for their tips and suggestions on what to do and where to go in Bangkok. They were very helpful and kind. Tuk tuk drop off by the hotel to Terminal 1 was a bonus too. Recommended and definitely will be back.

Great hotel in a good location close to Nana Station. Room was very spacious. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. Water was supplied daily and there were coffee & tea facilities. Mini fridge also had a few complimentary soft drinks in it. Check in on 16th floor was very professional with extremely friendly staff Don, Som, Kwang & Spy who couldn't do enough for us. Great selection of drinks & snacks available in the Exec Lounge on 16th floor. If your a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the Soi 11 us quite noisy. Breakfast at Lily Fus was excellent with wide selection available, staff extremely pleasant. Concierge services were also very good with trips in Tuk Tuk to shopping mall and also booking of taxis. Special mention to Addison but everyone was super attentive.

it looks like my house, I spend lot of time in this hotel and I don't want to change for another place. Recepetion is great and teams is amazing. location is great for MRT or BTS access. Breakfast is great with beatifull fruits. I recommandand swimming pool.

Excellent customer service! No hiccup in laundry arrangement or check out service. Breakfast is fantastic and great ambience in the restaurant and bar. Place is near to Nana BTS and filled with lots of night life here. Gym is good with a solid wifi coverage. This is key when I worked out with you tube video. Pool is great as well. Strongly recommend for a try.
