Delicate small hotel with nice people serving us. Room is gorgeous. Worth to stay. Restaurants are fine and delicate too. Receptions are nice and helpful. Our kid made dirty on the reception sofa, the staff called and changed it immediately without any complaints on us and no any penalty on us. We appreciate them. Lots of choices on foods around.

Mercure Sukhumvit has a very good location. All major attractions are nearby.The rooms are little old but big and spacious. The breakfast is limited. The concierge is nice and they arrange everything. I got so much help from Ken who was at concierge

My family come visiting Bangkok for 5 days. The location is really good, around 8 minutes away from the train station. We enjoy the breakfast every morning. The buffet serves a variety of food and it changes a bit every day too. The scramble egg and Egg Benedict are a must try. Shout out to the staff Mr. Ken. Mr. Ken answering our questions with great patience, giving us suggestions in planning our trips and coordinating the commute in between locations.

Great location. Free hotel tuktuk driven by Adison, both great assets to the Hotel. Adison was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is great. We had no problem with noise as we were at the back of the hotel. Would definitely recommend.
