The hotel is so clean and comfortable. And the employees were very nice, especially LUNA Receptionist. The reservation went very smoothly and Luna was very flexible to accommodate our early check-in. I'd like to stay here again when I come back to Thailand!

正月休みにバンコク観光のために泊まりらした。宿は駅から見えていますが、道路が歩道のない交通量の多い道路で路上駐車と走行する車の間を20分近く歩かなくてはいけない立地です。ホテルには2時間に一本駅までのシャトルサービスがあります。

This is our first time in Bangkok, I’m so happy with this stayed at Mercure. The hotel is nice, my room so clean and beautiful, my bed so soft makes me sleep well. The receptionists Luna she always greeted me with her warmly welcome, I’m so appreciated

My room is so modern with the great railway view, I can see party at the swimming pool side, Thank you Ms. Luna for provided us for early check - in and upgrade our room to high floor even me and my friend stayed for 2 nights that makes our trip full with good experience, Thanks Luna ❤️‍🔥.

Modern hotel, good and cleanliness room and good space for staycation also. Ms. Luna at the reception desk so is professional. She smiles and welcoming us with her hospitality and warmly that makes us so warmed. The hotel space so great, swimming pool and lounge look good.
