Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially as you had chosen our hotel for convenience and were hopeful about the experience. We understand your concerns regarding the walk from the Airport Rail Link station and the difficulty in accessing the hotel by foot. While we do offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from nearby stations, we acknowledge that this information may not have been clearly communicated, and we’ll work to improve this. We also appreciate your comments on the in-room amenities. Your points about the toothpaste packaging, hangers, lack of ironing facilities, and absence of a bottle opener have been noted and shared with our team for review and improvement. Regarding the issue with the taxi, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We do our best to assist guests with reliable transportation, and we regret that this situation left a negative final impression. この度はご不便をおかけし、申し訳ございません。お客様のご指摘について、改めて確認を行いました。 調査結果について: バンコク・マッカサン（2/27～3/1・2泊） メルキュール・コチャン（3/1～3/5・4泊） どちらのホテルにおいても、事前決済済みの状態で現地にて重複請求があったとのご指摘ですが、内部で再確認したところ、宿泊料金は一度のみ請求されており、二重請求は発生していない ことが確認されました。 今回の事象について: 何らかの 誤った説明やコミュニケーションの行き違い があった可能性がございます。 お客様に誤解を与えてしまい、ご不安な思いをさせてしまったことをお詫び申し上げます。 お手数をおかけしますが、クレジットカードの利用明細をご確認いただき、もし重複した請求が見受けられる場合は、詳細をお知らせいただければと思います。 引き続き、何かご不明点がございましたら、お気軽にお問い合わせください。 F-鈴木様（f_suzuki@accn/jp）へ正式な回答をお送りいたします。
