初めてバンコクに行きましたが、快適に過ごせました。ただ残念だったのは空港からホテルまでの送迎サービスを利用した際に二重に費用を請求されたのと、チェックアウト時に前日夜に頼んだタクシーの予約が伝わっておらず、タクシーを自力でアプリで予約する必要があったことです。 ホテルのお部屋は快適で気持ちよく過ごせました。

チェクインからゴールドメンバーとして認識され、温かく迎えていただけました。残念ながらお部屋にウェルカムアメニティの用意が無く(翌日問い合わせたいところご提供いただけました)、セーフティボックスが壊れていました。プリヴィレッジルームのミニバーで提供された瓶のコーラを開けるための栓抜きが部屋には無く、開けることができなかったのが残念です。一方で朝食は種類も質も良く、ウェルカムドリンクも大変美味しくいただけました。スタッフの方は皆感じが良く、特に1Fの車寄せにいた年配のベルボーイの方は本当に親切で笑顔も素晴らしく、第一印象からおもてなしを感じました。場所は多少不便ですが、完全にお値段以上の価値のある素晴らしいホテルでまた泊まりたいです。

It was really nice stay. Amazing staff(Mafia) with great service. Room cleanness is very clean. A shuttle service is also provided for customers to station.

Nice service friendly and thank you Takraw, not for from Airport link stations. Can take it to Bkk airport in 30 minutes.
