客室の排水が悪かったことが残念でしたが、他は快適でした。 ルームサービスは24時間受付で、とても美味しかったです。 シンガポールのメルキュールがとても良かったので今回バンコクでも予約しました。 せっかく駅近くなのに、歩けるルートが整備されてないことが残念だと感じました。

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the room drainage and for any discomfort caused by the surrounding walking route near the station. While the condition of the public road is outside the hotel’s direct control, we fully understand your concerns regarding safety and cleanliness. Your suggestion about providing an easier way to arrange shuttle pick-up from the station is very valuable, and we will review this internally to see how we can further improve our guest convenience. 初めてバンコクに行きましたが、快適に過ごせました。ただ残念だったのは空港からホテルまでの送迎サービスを利用した際に二重に費用を請求されたのと、チェックアウト時に前日夜に頼んだタクシーの予約が伝わっておらず、タクシーを自力でアプリで予約する必要があったことです。 ホテルのお部屋は快適で気持ちよく過ごせました。

チェクインからゴールドメンバーとして認識され、温かく迎えていただけました。残念ながらお部屋にウェルカムアメニティの用意が無く(翌日問い合わせたいところご提供いただけました)、セーフティボックスが壊れていました。プリヴィレッジルームのミニバーで提供された瓶のコーラを開けるための栓抜きが部屋には無く、開けることができなかったのが残念です。一方で朝食は種類も質も良く、ウェルカムドリンクも大変美味しくいただけました。スタッフの方は皆感じが良く、特に1Fの車寄せにいた年配のベルボーイの方は本当に親切で笑顔も素晴らしく、第一印象からおもてなしを感じました。場所は多少不便ですが、完全にお値段以上の価値のある素晴らしいホテルでまた泊まりたいです。

歩道がない為、徒歩でメトロに向かうことはおすすめで出来ないが、無料シャトルが便利だったので高評価とさせていただきました。

ずっと気にはなっていたが立地を考えて宿泊したことがありませんでした。 短い滞在だった為利用させていただきましたが、無料シャトルが便利で不便を感じることなく滞在できました。 次回また利用したいと思います。
