I was in Bangkok twice in 2023 and when deciding to go back in December 2024, I decided to try the Sofitel Sukhumvit as I the hotel i stayed in previously was a bit of a let down last time I stayed and having built up Accor loyalty, I wanted to try the Sofitel. I am so glad that I did as I had an amazing stay at the Sofitel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was shown to reception and when it was identified that I was staying in a Club Suite, I was promptly escorted to the Club Millesime lounge for check in. The check in was very efficient and the staff were very apologetic that they were not able to upgrade me due to my status. This was not a problem as they were able to accommodate a late check out for me. I was soon off to my suite and what a suite it was, I was really impressed. The hotel is in a great location and ideally located for access to both Skytrain and MRT. The pool area is lovely and enjoys the sun during the mornings, there is a lovely pool bar which is great for a pre dinner drink as the sun sets. Staying in a club room, gave me access to the Club Millesime lounge, where breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapes are served. I have to give a shout out to the lounge staff and specifically to Tide and Kung who always greeted me with a smile and took the time to ask about my day and looked after me whenever I was in the lounge. Also a shout out to Souliphone and all the staff at the club lounge who were always so professional and welcoming and any query was attended to quickly. All the staff in the hotel as a whole that I interacted always had a smile. I was made to feel very welcome and this helped to make my stay here very memorable. I spent a couple of evenings up at the roof top bar Belga which has amazing views over the city and has a great atmosphere. This is a hotel that I would highly recommend and I am already looking at options to make a potential return stay in December this year due to the most enjoyable time I had last month

This Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit is the best Hotel in Bangkok. Most recomended will be Club lounge servis is the best and the hightlight of the lounge is Macky!!! He provided best service and unforgetful moments at the lounge. All foods are varities. The taste of foods and drinks was excellent! If anyone choose to visit Thailand Bangkok. I would suggest you to stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit with lounge access.😊😊😊

Macky and Kung is best.

Everything is so good is very good served The staff are very lovely. The Club lounge service and food are the best. I would recommend you to stay here. The best recommendation service would be Macky & Kung. The Hotel facilities are very convenient and the location located in the center of Sukhumvit area. This is the best Hotel ever!!!!

Our stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit was absolutely unforgettable! From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every moment was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the overall atmosphere exuded pure luxury. The highlight for us was the Executive Lounge, which offered the best cocktails and delicious food. A special thank you to Tide and Sindy for their warm welcome and for preparing a beautifully decorated room to celebrate our 12th anniversary—it was truly magical! We also appreciated their efforts in making our late check-out as comfortable as possible. The entire staff was outstanding—Meckie, Khaow, Gift, Nan, and Nok all impressed us with their friendliness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This experience was truly the best service we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return every year. Highly recommended!

It was a very pleasant stay and welcoming every time from all club team. The best service which is professional from all team club staff especially Khun Khaow, Sindy,Gift and Tide. The hotel room was excellent and service was lovely. The club Sofitel food quality was also great. Thank you for making our holiday in Thailand Unforgettable.
