Chrispy was wonderful — very warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She assisted us beautifully and gave excellent recommendations for drinks. The service made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back and stay at Sofitel Bangkok again.

A true hotel by hoteliers… refreshing in this day & age …. the hotel fires on all cylinders , great mangement is evident

The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff is extremely pleasant. This hotel is in a perfect location right next to all of them, malls and bars. The only complaint I had is when I went to the club as a titanium member service was not up to par. Once I got my food and I sat down, waiting to order coffee, I had to watch three other couples get served before me, but came in way after me. As a black woman, watching white couples get served first was eye opening. I did complain, but the damage had been done. I never went back to the club, even though I stayed there for a whole week. I did not feel comfortable. ill be back in Bangkok next month, but there’s no way I’m coming back to this hotel.

部屋がとても清潔感があり、設備が整っていた。朝食は種類が豊富で、とても美味しかった。アソーク駅までスカイウォークができて便利だった。
