Beds are so comfortable and the room is perfect there’s cleaning services everyday any time . We had such a good time in this hotel and we never had a chance to go to the swimming pool because of the weather unfortunately

I really liked this hotel. The room and bathroom were super clean. The location is great, and the service was excellent. However, I did encounter a small issue with the evening receptionist, Mr. Ou. When I requested a late checkout, he informed me that he could only extend it by one hour until 1:00 pm. This was the only aspect of my stay that disappointed me. Mr. Ou's response, "It's up to you," felt a bit odd and lacking in the usual hospitality I experienced elsewhere in the hotel. Despite that, I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Bangkok. It was a great experience overall.
