On behalf of the team I sincerely apologize that you were not informed clearly about the laundry limit and that our handling of your injury was not as prompt or empathetic as it should have been. Please be assured that we will be retraining our team to ensure better communication and care for our Japanese guests in the future. First and foremost, on behalf of our Management Team and General Manager, Jay Sudhakaran, I would like to sincerely thank you for choosing to stay with us from 13th to 15th September. Please allow me to extend our deepest apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We deeply regret the room assignment issue and any confusion regarding the billing process, which understandably caused you concern and disappointment. Upon thorough investigation, we discovered that there was another reservation under the same name in our system, which inadvertently led to the assignment error. Please rest assured that we are reviewing our processes carefully to prevent such occurrences in the future. We also sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced with the bathroom design and housekeeping service. Your comments regarding water leakage from the bathtub and delayed towel replacement have been shared with our engineering and housekeeping teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented immediately.
