Dear Mr. Hiroko S., Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We truly appreciate your kind comments regarding our new and functional facilities, as well as your appreciation of our breakfast. We are sincerely concerned to learn about your experience with one of our breakfast staff members. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant department for immediate review and improvement. Regarding the shuttle service, we would like to clarify that our scheduled shuttle operates as a drop-off service from the hotel to the BTS station. For the return journey, the shuttle is not operated on a fixed schedule; however, guests are always welcome to hop on when the shuttle happens to be at the shopping mall area. Please also note that due to shopping mall regulations, our vehicle is not permitted to park, and therefore the shuttle can only stop for no longer than approximately 2 minutes. Additionally, occasional delays may occur due to heavy traffic conditions in the area, which are unfortunately beyond our direct control. We sincerely hope for your kind understanding in this matter. I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast, especially the Thai noodle station. The green noodles you tried are called “Ba-Mee Yok” (บะหมี่หยก), which are jade-colored egg noodles made with pandan. They are a popular Thai-Chinese style noodle and can usually be found in many local supermarkets in Bangkok such as Big C, Tops, or Gourmet Market, or even on Thai online platforms like Lazada and Shopee.
