We stayed the residence for 2 weeks as a family of 5 adults. The rooms are spacious with basic facilities and equipment; staff are friendly; conveniently located with many options for shopping and dining. The building is well maintained and clean but infrastructure and some equipment are old and need being renewed.

On arrival I was greeted in a very professional and courteous way. The room was large, very clean, quiet and comfortable. All necessary amenities, including a washing machine, were on hand. The staff - reception, housekeeping, room service and security - all made me feel very welcome. The only downside is the lack of an-house restaurant.

直接ホテルには関係ないが、タクシーで別のホテルの近くで降ろされ、その後も乗車拒否やメーターを使わない等、ホテルに着くまでが苦労した。ただ、一度場所がわかれば立地も良く、とても良いホテル(コンドミニアム)だと思う。フロントの方も親切に対応はしてくれたものの、もう少し愛想が良ければと思う。ホテルサイトのレビューでシャワートイレとあったので日本式の洗浄トイレかと期待したが、普通のホース付きの手動式のものだった。

館内全体が終日、ひっそりとしている。1階受付にスタッフが1人いるだけ。ラウンジもレストランもなく、洗練された雰囲気はない。ホテルというより、都心のコンドミニアムに民泊している感じだった。フロアの廊下が暗く、夜間はとくに不気味だった。部屋は広くて快適。清潔に保たれている。

以前から(4〜5年前から)何度も利用させて頂いております。 スタッフの対応や部屋の広さ、清潔度は申し分ないと思います。 ただし、前々回くらいから感じてる事ですが、設備(特にシャワー)の温度調整が上手く出来ない部屋が多くなって来たのかと思います。ここ3回利用した部屋の全てのシャワーで熱湯or水という感じでした。 そろそろ給湯などの設備のメンテナンスなどを検討していただきたいと思います。

A great place to stay in Bangkok and in a great location. A 5 minute walk to the main Sukhumvit Road and the MRT / BTS stations. The hotel is on a residential road with a number of practical shops; Terminal 21 is a large shopping mall which houses a large number of shops and restaurants and the best value food-court in Bangkok - there is also a supermarket. Robinsons department store is opposite Terminal 21 and also has a very good Tops supermarket. There is a Hotel Tuk Tuk service that operates from the Hotel to main Sukhumvit road and runs every half hour during the day. The rooms are actually large apartments and vary in size but all have separate bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms and kitchens with dinning area; everything is provided for a great stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very accommodating. The General Manager, Khun BT, is very friendly and helpful and is always on hand if need be - on busy days he can also be found helping out with the breakfast service. Khun BT and his team do a great job. The new breakfast area on the 14th floor by the swimming pool is very clean and tidy and has been fully renovated; the breakfast is very good and good value. The wifi in all areas of the hotel is excellent and the daily cleaning of the suites is very good. I always enjoy staying at this hotel and will continue to do so. My thanks to Khun BT and all of the staff for being so kind and helpful.

スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました 特に朝食担当の方、ベルボーイの方が親切に声を掛けてくれたのが嬉しかったです 部屋は古いけれど清潔で広く使いやすかったです アソークの繁華街が近いけれど夜も静かで快適でした ただ気になったのは部屋の電化製品壊れたり電池切れなのか使えないものがいくつかあったのが残念でした クレームは特に入れませんでしたがお客さんから訴える前にメンテナンスが必要だと思いました (電子レンジが故障、リビングのエアコンのリモコンが電池切れ?寝室のリモコンで対応、リビングのテレビの故障、) 部屋が暗いのでもう少し明るい照明も欲しかったです

This hotel has great potential but has suffered from lack of updating for a long time. That, plus the incredible smell coming from the canal adjacent to the property at this time of year, makes it tough to recommend. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, the staff pleasant (especially the lady serving breakfast at the very nice rooftop facility - although the rest seem bored, frankly) but it is "old". We certainly give credit for honouring our ALL status with the upgrade to a huge suite.

I had a chance to stay for a night. The staffs were friendly. Though the location was a bit distance from the Skytrain, they have a shuttle service to Terminal21, which is good. I was upgraded to the executive suite as a benefit of a diamond loyalty member. The suite was incredibly huge. It would be perfect if I were here for an extended stay visit. Unfortunately, the welcome amenity and complimentary welcome drink coupons were not given. I didn't expect anything fancy here. However, as the property under the Grand Mercure brand, I think what I experienced was a bit underwhelming.

This was my 4th visit to the hotel in last two months. Location, room, service all are good. One thing that I didn't like that for two person the room rate is higher than two person without breakfast also. And the hotel charged me 400 Baht for a water glass which is too high.

Even the competition of hotels increases year by year in the Sukhumvit area, the Grand Mercure Asoke Residence is still our first choice in Bangok. Excellent located in the centre of Sukhumvit, Skytrain and MRT Stations in shortwalk distance you will find a very nice , friendly and very clean accomodation. Even the place is not the newest, but it´s well maintained. Rooms are much bigger than in the average hotel and you can feel realy homely. Since aour last stay last year things improved significantly. Breakfast is now served at the very nice redisigned rooftop area and the quality of the breakfast improved a lot. Friendly staff serves you and it´s a relaxing start in the morning. The new GM, Mr. Banthueng Talayarak and his friendly staff make your stay a very pleasent one.

スタッフのサービスは大変いいです。 部屋の電源が机などにあって欲しい、電源の位置が悪いです、 ゴミ箱がもう1つ欲しいいです、数が少ない、 シャワーが固定なので使いにくいです。

スタッフの対応、部屋の清掃、朝食すべて満足です。快適な3日間でした。 ただ、朝に使用したシャワーが温まらなかったことが残念です。バスタブの方は熱いお湯が出ました。 あと、これはホテルの責任ではないのですが、ホテルの前を流れる川の悪臭が風向きによって部屋まで漂ってきました。 その他はまったく問題ありません。

Perfect, pet friendly which is very rare in bkk, breakfast very good and service is perfect, bed a bit hard for me but some people like it that way... i like more plush... however altogether perfect and i do recommend the place.
