・部屋はきれいで過ごしやすかった。 ・朝食も昨年と比較して美味しくなっていた。 ・ジムの利用時間を検討してほしい（朝5時から夜１２時までを希望） ・ホテルの方のあいさつも素晴らしい

チェックアウト当日に体調を崩し、ロビーに駆け寄ったところ、グラブを呼んでくださり、病院に行くことができました。 レイトチェックアウトなど無理な対応も受け入れてくださり、助かりました。 ホテルも綺麗で充実したホテルステイでした。ありがとうございました。
