P Film & P Tai were super nice, food was good! AMAZING! Enjoyed the whole experience. The portions could have been a bit larger though. Oh btw, music was great too, we had a super pleasant night. Turn on the air con please it’s a bit warm hahahaha

We came after 12 years (Great Service) and on this occasion unfortunately there were some issues with the room (Towel rail coming away from wall, TV not connecting, Wrong pillows provided). I had informed the Hotel in advance that my wife was vegetarian (No meat, No fish, No seafood) and all they could provide was vegetables and steam rice or vegetables and noodles. When we stayed 12 years ago the team went out of there way to ensure the dietary requirements for my wife were met (even serving Indian food). Annie Park and Pimmada really tried to solve the issues in the Club Lounge. The Club Lounge should be able to cater for different dietary requirements. Vertigo and Moon Bar highly recommend for spectacular views.

Brilliant one night stay on the last leg of our Thailand trip. Fantastic hotel, facilities and staff. A special mention for Mr Fame who was so helpful sorting out our baggage and taxi arrangements for our departure day. Friday can be nuts for traffic in Bangkok so having his guidance on the best time to leave the hotel for the airport was really valuable. Amazing roof top bar and restaurant.

Excellent service! We are happy with the overall experience. Cleanliness is good. We came after 18 years and saw Mr. Wat Very polite and helpful. Even concierge was quite helpful in deciding and planning our days in Bangkok. Mr Ken wa too helpful Accessiblity was great.

The services of Bai Pui Restaurant, I was impressed since I met the lobby staff on the L floor. When I entered the restaurant, the staff greeted me with a smile. P'Hill P'Job took very good care of us. The drink never ran out. They spoke in a good tone and were very polite. They didn't talk loudly to the point of disturbing the atmosphere. They helped us take pictures and did many other things. They gave very good recommendations. I was impressed.
