ラウンジの改装工事が長引いているため、2階のレストランの、広めの個室を借りのラウンジとしています。一時的なので、充実した品揃えなどは期待できないのですが、ビジネスラウンジとしてどうなのか？という少し乱雑さもありました。何度も止まっているので、一時的と思ってみていましたが、初めて来る人、ラウンジ目的の人にとっては少し物足りないのかなと思いながら毎日利用していました。最後、チェックアウトの前日くらいに、新しく就任されたジェネラルマネージャーと共にテーブルや椅子の配置、ワインやドリンク類の配置と見せ方、食べ物の配置並べ方を改善し、同じものの提供ではありますが、仮のラウンジとしてそれないに見えるようになり安心しました。上海のプルマンではやはり、改装工事中ということで、ラウンジをレストランの近くにせちして、夕方のカクテルタイム時にディナービュッフェ利用を許可していたという話も聞いています。それなりの値段をとっているのであれば、そういう臨機応変に対応することもあっても良いのかなと思います。早く新しいラウンジをオープンしてもらいたいのと楽しみにしています。

I want to commend Pae, a hotel staff member. She was so kind and accommodating. We felt her warmth through her smile and service. It took me some time to write this review. But I hope the management still gets to see this commendation she deserves.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Novotel Bangkok The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tizz who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Perfect location for exploring Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Came here for 11 nights and stayed at the junior suite. Overall, service levels were really good, and staff were continually helpful. Really enjoyed going to the interim club lounge as the new one was renovating, and liked the restaurant as breakfast was good. The buffet from Friday to Sunday was a steal at 899/599++ baht depending on whether it was the premium or special selection. However, the hotel and junior suite were considerably old, but they have began renovating parts of the hotel. Location-wise, it is unbeatable as it is just beside the Siam BTS station. Come here if location is your key consideration.
