We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the prime location of our hotel, as well as the spaciousness and features of the 'Paul Dubrule Suite', particularly the outdoor terrace and plunge pool. Your compliments about the pleasant check-in experience and the warm welcome are also greatly appreciated. However, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you encountered during your stay. It is our aim to provide a memorable and high-quality experience, and it is concerning to learn that we fell short in delivering certain amenities and services that are typically associated with our flagship suite.
