good service from Potae and Yok at front desk . They are very accommodating and help us with the good room. We have a lot of smiles here.We are having a wonderful in Thailand as we attended the Songkran festival. We wil come back back to Thailand again in the near future.

Potae is very professional and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions about my stay and made sure to welcome me as a guest. He is very polite and was extremely patient in explaining about the hotel facilities, places to visit nearby the hotel, etc.

Excellent service, good environment, nothing to complain. Very good complimentary. I have problem with my ID card but the staffs help me in any detail. Very fast process for check in and check out. Only concerned is due to very prime location, might need prior reservation or the room might not available on arrival. Noted that flexible for check in and check out time are a lot of help for tourist.

Great location - it's in the center of the trains. Can explore the city easily. Near Siam Paragon too with an awful lot of food options. Was not able to try it all. We should go back again in the near future. If anything, it's a little old looking compared to the other Novotels I've stayed at in Thailand.
