Potae and Biwty front desk were excellent in their reception of my family and our needs. Appreciate all the help. They have been so welcoming to our family that we feel like we are at home. This has been a great experience.

Potae and Anne were very helpful. Front desk was very efficient and service was excellent. We managed to check in very quickly. The location of the hotel is very convenient and is just beside the bts station

We met the friendliest team of hotel staffs ever. Special thanks to Tong, the Guest Relationship Manager, Proud, Mint and Noey from the Premier lounge. I fell and hit my head in the toilet, ended with a cut. Tong was very attentive and showed sincere concern. Proud wrote me a card and even got a cake delivered to my room to make my day. We have a very active boy and a grumpy little toddler. Tong, Mint and Noey played with them to keep them busy. They even attempted to please our grumpy toddler. Noey recommended few nice places for us to visit as well. I have been staying in this hotel everytime I am in Bangkok and always have a good experience. The hotel and room are very pleasant and clean. The wholesome team made the stay even more enjoyable.

We had such an amazing stay here at the Novotel Siam Square. From check in where Dew and Bank were absolutely marvellous, professional, super friendly to housekeeping, it was top-notch service. The hotel is so strategically located where everything was walking distance and BTS just a short walk away. You don’t have to go anywhere else if you’re into mall as it’s well connected. Rooms are clean and spacious. There was a wide spread of food, from continental to American to Thai. We definitely ate to our heart's content. My only wish list is to have more halal food served during breakfast. Other than that, absolutely love Novotel Siam Square especially with Dew and Bank helping us throughout our stay. Will definitely come back to Novotel Siam Square. Thank you again so much Dew and Bank!
