This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. It advertises as a five star hotel and it hardly is a three star hotel upon arrival we were directed to our room on the 19th floor. All the carpets and walls are damaged and dirty. The room was not cleaned properly and in the bathroom, we found two short black curly hair, which was absolutely disgusting. I went downstairs to reception and not in a very amicable attitude. They changed our room to the 21st floor still dirty, carpets and walls, but the room at least was clean the rooms need urgent refurbishment it all seems not cleaned thoroughly and we complain to a travel agent who got us an upgrade to a room on the 33rd floor. This was different with wood floors still not a five star hotel maybe a four, but it was much better. The breakfast was OK. The service at the front desk is not friendly nor efficient nor good nor customer oriented the restaurant downstairs. It’s very average. I do not recommend to stay there.

I’m stayed here only 1 night(18-19th Mar 2025), my room an Executive room is assigned to the 35th floor with view of Bangkok skyline and Chao Phraya river. The room is very nice with brown color room with high ceiling and large windows makes me feel fresh and comfortable. A bathroom with the right size has both a bathtub and raining shower. The bed was super comfy by Pullman bed. It was blissfully quiet and cool at night. Perfect for sleeping. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Very warm greeting, and the Front desk at Club benefit team was great. They remember me and can call me by name. Last but not least, I especially thank you to Khun Fon Chalinee at club Benefit and her team for excellent services. These made a good memory myself. I was also very impressed with the experience at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. Definitely, I will return to this place next time.

部屋は古い割によく リノベーションされていて快適に過ごすことができました。 33階の部屋だったので眺望がとても良かったのですが 窓ガラスがもうちょっと綺麗だったら良かったなと思います。 また、高級ホテルならアメニティをもうちょっと上質なものにしていただきたいと思います。髭剃りが最悪でした。 シーロム駅やパッポンまでのシャトルバスがあったら良かったと思います。タクシー乗るにはちょっと中途半端な距離だしホテルの前にたむろしているトゥクトゥクはぼったくりなので。 それと プールのお水をもう少し綺麗にしていただけたらと思います。
